Camco was founded in 1984, and later Incorporated to fill needs in the area of ceramic to metal and brazing technology as applied to electron tubes and similar devices. Our business has centered on the manufacture of automatic, batch type, reducing atmosphere and vacuum coldwall furnaces and turnkey high vacuum systems.
By operating in hydrogen or any reducing/inert atmosphere up to 2100°C, Camco's positive pressure coldwall furnaces are an ideal solution to many high temperature processes that require an oxygen-free environment. Easily and reliably ramp up to desired temperature in minutes or days, depending on your requirements.
Camco's high vacuum coldwall furnaces are simple to run and easy to program. Run parts in high vacuum or partial pressure atmosphere up to 2100°C. Easily and reliably ramp up to desired temperature in minutes or days, depending on your requirements. Ideal for vacuum clean firing, active metal (ABA(R)) brazing, and highly controlled vacuum annealing.
Camco's model G furnace is ideal for production of small parts, rapid prototyping or research. With all the capabilities of our larger furnaces in a much smaller package, the G furnace is extremely efficient and performs runs very quickly. This equipment fits in tight spaces and can be carried into place eliminating any need for forklifts or time consuming reconstruction once in place.
Camco's Model B furnaces are our most popular product. A remarkably large work zone relative to the overall size of the furnace, our model B fits where you need it to. Our top loading design utilizes a simple manual cover and latch that lasts with minimal maintenance for decades.
