The woman taking calls and scheduling appointments is THE WORST I have ever dealt with! First, she misrepresented nearly ALL their prices, trying to overcharge for some & undercharge for others (based on prices listed on the website) and flat out lied her butt off when I called her out on the overcharging, saying I had to buy a 5-Room package (carpet cleaning) in lieu of paying PER ROOM, as their prices are plainly listed as online (with NO mention of any minimum or package-purchase being required, etc. etc.) -- anyway, after she lied her butt off about the $44 overcharge, I TRIED to inquire

The tech was okay. He was listening to music in his headphones. I have two dogs and i really wanted a good job done. He was only here for a total of 40 mins 20 of that was getting set up. He only went over each room for about 5 mins. Felt like it wasn't as clean as it could have been.

Had a scheduled appointment and was given over the phone a confirmation time. On the day of appointment the cleaners showed up 30 minutes early. When we called the company to verify they said our original appointment time was incorrect and the time the cleaner showed up was our only option. No appointment confirmation email was received. I had call the company to setup a cleaning. I had spoken with Emily who tried to schedule it for 8am, I asked if it could be done at 9 and was told they could come at 8:30. I agreed. They show up at 8am, I inform the technician about what I was told he said he would be back at 8:30. I then get a phone call from the office telling me that they don't do appointments at 8:30am the technician could be here at 8:15. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I read the reviews, but so glad I went on my gut instinct. I totally know we are in a pandemic as I work as a nurse, this company was very mindful of maintaining social distancing and making sure all parties felt very safe. Was kept in the loop of arrival times . He was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job. My carpets look great. I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you for an outstanding job

Poor customer Service! We paid $20, for a spot cleaning, estimate, and to meet the tech. Before committing to cleaning my entire house. On the day of the appointment, my son had been sick with 103.5 fever and throwing up. The tech indicated to clean my whole house it would take 2-2.5 hours. We decided to reschedule. When we called to reschedule, the receptionist indicated we would have pay half of the services up front. When we asked why, we were told we "cancelled" today's appointment. I recommend this company before any other local carpet or wood floor cleaners. All the sales reps know the process and were able to give me a great quote. We needed our floors cleaned before Thanksgiving and they came out on the Sunday before. We felt like the pet stains and odor was impossible to get out but they proved us wrong. They did an amazing job!!! The crew was very knowledgeable and kind. We watched them get years of stains and smell out of our carpet in just a few short hours. You guys made my mom cry happy tears...THANK YOU for making our Thanksgiving so enjoyable

Great job from TruRenew. I will definitely use them again. Our carpets are light colored and we thought were ruined forever after builidng a pool. For months our boy dogs had numerous accidents because they could not go outside as often with the back yard dug up for the pool. I also have very active kids that tracked in alot of the dirt and mud created by the pool building. George was super friendly and thorough. Although he could not promise he could get all the pet stains out 100%. He did about 95%.For the most part, the carpets look brand new.. What used to be horrible major and embarrassing

TruRenew was professional, fast but not rushed, and so kind! If you want seriously good hearts that shine as bright as your tile will, these are the people to call! I was seriously concerned the carpet wouldn't come clean -- the dog had been getting sick out of both ends for at least a week and chose the EXACT SAME SPOT every time -- but it was just like new when Brett finished! No smells, no stains -- just beautiful carpet (errr, as beautiful as carpet gets). Definitely money well spent, and I'll always make TruRenew my only call for cleaning!
