Heat pump does make some sort of noise while operating and it is considered normal. However, if you hear any strange noises while the heat pump is running, then it means that the device needs a check. These strange noise include whistling, sound that comes when two metal touch together, noises in the air duct, noise when motor is running.

I tried to use this company to service my AC because I had an issue. They advertise as 24/7 but the guy that answered seemed annoyed and rude. I would never had called if they didn't advertise as 24/7. I don't even want to try them because that was a complete turn off.

Only local company that answered their phone after hours. Had to do an emergency call to them, as I could not get the a/c to stay on. He got here in about a 1/2 hr and knew exactly what to check..and that was indeed the problem. Luckily/sadly it was a simple maintenance problem that I didn't realize I was supposed to keep up with. Thank you for going above and beyond. Will definitely call you guys, during normal business hours, again in the future.

We had an issue with our AC and Walt was able to come to our house and get it fixed very quickly. We let him know in the morning and he was at hour house within a few hours, very professional and we will be going to him with our AC needs!

Came home to find out my a/c was heating instead of cooling. I called and he told me he will be at my house within 30-45 minutes. He showed up 30 minutes after I called, gave service to the a/c and fixed it. He explained everything and showed me everything he was doing at all times. Great service!
