Andrew and Jacob came to install a new heating and air conditioning unit at my home. Our double wall oven went completely out. We could not find anyone to work on it. We called DeSantis and they sent Aaron and Blake, who were the "A" team, and were not only extremely professional they were able to fix the oven the very same day! Priceless.

I had my system installed Nov 4 th by two great guys Andrew & James. Very nice & thorough they did an amazing job. Explained everything to me; cleaned everything up & took all the old stuff away . It was like they were never here. I would recommend your company to anyone who might be looking for a new system. Thanks to Randy as well as he explained everything to me as well.

We have a new Trane, 16-months old, and Chad came out to troubleshoot the system. The outside unit would run 45-sec and shut off. He found the bad part and then had it ordered. He came back and during the installation he found debris of some sort in the Freon line. It was blocking the flow - thanks to a screen to capture such stuff. Got it running, replaced parts etc. 2.5 hours later - system was back alive. Having someone with 30+ years experience sure gives the customer confidence he can find the fault. New Warranty - $0. Love Trane.

I have to say that this is the best AC company in the Leesburg area. My unit broke and it was going to be a week or more for the replacement part or longer for a new unit. Turned out I decided that it was more cost effective to purchase a new unit. It was going to be three weeks before they could install it. To my surprise they brought out a loaner unit the day after the salesman was out so that I would have AC until my new one was installed. To top it off there was no charge for the loaner unit. Nate and Mike installed my new unit last Friday. These guys were great! I will definitely recommend

I am very upset with your customer service!!!! My grandmother had an appointment with you yesterday and no one showed. No call! No explanation!! She called to complain and see when they were coming. You already charged her a lot of money to fix her A/C and the Freon leaked out already. Not acceptable. The receptionist said couldn’t get anyone there till Tuesday!!!! What happened to yesterday?????? Your company is leaving a almost 90 year old lady in a hot house with no A/C that you supposedly already fixed once. You should be ashamed of yourselves

These guys go above and beyond! They were fantastic! Charles, Blake and Gary worked tirelessly for the entire day. They were very conscientious of our property. DeSantis came out to repair the refrigerator in my rental property. He told me the ice maker needed to be replaced. So we did that...and he charged me $150. Unfortunately the problem continued to happen... They came out again and said a motor needed to be replaced. I did that, for $191...still didn't work. So I held up payment...called them twice, no return call. I needed to get the refrigerator working as I had renters, so I bought a new one. Called them again, no response, no mailed invoice. On 3-27-2014 Desantis sold me a new Trane air conditioning unit. The unit ran perfectly fine until 6-18-2015 when the unit was serviced. The unit stopped working later in the evening after the tech left. Desantis was called, and came out on 6-19-2015 and repaired the unit and said a TXV valve was broken/malfunctioning. They charged me a $75.00 service fee and also changed a thermostat that didn't need to be replaced and charged me $350.00 and would not provide a receipt. The unit was still not cooling properly and Desantis was called out on 7-1-2015 and "fixed" the unit again. On

Their techs and service are great! I had a major issue with an AC unit in a home I bought on a short-sale awhile ago. Munns came out and kept fixing the end result, but wouldn't address "the issue". I spent thousands with Munns before finally calling Desantis. They came out twice (the 2nd time the owner of the company came out as well), diagnosed my airflow issue and came up with a solution. Their prices are better. Recently I had an AC issue, and I called them at 4:15PM. They had someone out that evening (no extra $$) to replace a thermostat and clean the drain line. Everyone
