AJ was the technician who came out within 30 minutes after we contacted Suter. The AC in the house we just bought 2 days earlier was not working! AJ was polite, answered all our questions and found the problem right away. Since it was in the evening and the unit was frozen, it couldn't be fixed until it defrosted. AJ gave us hope and eased our mind that we might not have to buy a new AC. He came back the next morning and did some cleaning and maintenance that the unit needed while we waited to see if everything would work. Luckily it did! We were so pleased that we chose Suter. The worst company that I have ever dealt with!! The ac tech that was sent out to my house, acted like he had never worked on an air conditioner in his life. He had to keep calling someone asking questions and even tried letting the person on the phone hear the noise that it was making. Long story short, he never could diagnose my problem and finally told me that I needed to replace the entire unit. He charged me $95.00 and said that his office would call with a price the next day, that was on Monday and it's now Thursday with no call from his office. Glad that I called another company for a second

It's the second time AJ has been here. He did a great job checking and testing. Also, explained what he did and his evaluation of our system when he was finished. He was supposed to change the Air Filter but he said they did not have any in stock and expects to come back and change it when they get more in stock. It's been a little over a week, so hopefully he'll be back soon.

The A/C technician, Chad, was very professional. All the A/C techs that I have used over 10+ years have been. They arrive promptly, start work on unit, and explain everything in layman's terms if something is not working properly or needs to be considered/budgeted for a later time. If they are running late, a call is made to you.
The Office staff have also provided the same professional and courteous service. Suter Air Conditioning will remain my A/C company.

I have used this company for a few years now. They actually installed my new heating/air conditioning unit. I also took advantage of the bi-yearly service contract. I have been very pleased with each technician that has serviced my unit. Today my technician was Chad. I was curious about the conditions he might find so I watched him for a good period of time. I can honestly say I have never had such a thorough checkup and cleaning of my system. I really do appreciate his work plus the knowledge of care that he passed on to me. Thanks Chad.

Chad was excellent! He replaced the motor in the air handler and did the annual maintenance. He was knowledgeable and super friendly and informative. He didn't try to sell us any unnecessary services or products. I would strongly recommend Suter AC.
