I requested an inspection on Yelp and they responded quickly. Chris arrives on time with a free inspection. he is knowledgeable and professional, points out the A/C issues in no time, and gives out the solution. Appreciated him walking me through the process and answering all my questions. Definitely took customer service a step further with that. Highly recommneded.

Chris was easy to talk to and showed great customer service! Booking an appointment with him was fast and easy. He came in the house to do an inspection on low air flow, did a foam & wash on my ACs, and upgraded my thermostat. All for a good and fair price! I highly recommend this to my family and friends. Chris is just simply amazing. I have yet to find someone as truthful and honest like him. Our AC went out about 1 month ago. We got ripped off by a previous company. We looked through Yelp to find someone truthful and knowledgeable about our situation.
Chris had so many clients to help, he was very busy but he made time just to help us. He came by the house for a quote at 8pm and within 2 days we had a brand new AC. Chris came out to inspect low air flow from my system. He was immediately able to diagnose the issue with the information I described to him. Chris was very honest and informative and never once judged us for the condition our unit was it. Chris made several recommendations and gave several options and allowed my wife and I time to decide what we wanted to do. Chris was available to come out the same day for an estimate. He was very clear and showed knowledge of his work and experience with heating and cooling. He told us he can come out the same week for the work and has financing options. After a few estimates from other companies, we decided to go with his company because they had the best price and showed us excellent customer service from beginning to end. Chris and his partner were excellent. They came to my residence within a day and replaced a furnace and thermostat that same day. With the craziness of this past year it has not been easy to find service providers that will come out to your home, let alone quickly and professionally. Incredibly happy with the service we received. Responded fast and scheduled us literally for the next day and it wasn't even an emergency. We needed to have two thermostats upgraded and they got the job done quickly, neatly and everything is working great.

My friend referred him and he was able to come by they very next morning. He explained the issue and corrected. We had a tenant whose air stopped blowing hot, which isn't good as it is getting colder out. Chris responded promptly and we were able to schedule a visit out ASAP. I suspected the problem was just that the filter needed to be replaced, so I went ahead and let him know that is what I believed to be the issue. It turns out that the filter was causing the issue, and Chris didn't even charge me a fee for coming out. Would definitely recommend Chris, and will be using him again in the future.

We found Chris on YELP. Chris was amazing, he was very informative as well as very helpful. He responds quickly through yelp and you can text him. He was even kind enough to let us know that he was available to come earlier than our appointment if we wanted him to. We explained our situation with our thermostat and heating unit, he took a look at everything and installed a new thermostat. He checked our coil when we mentioned our concerns about it. Chris is the best!!! He is kind, professional, and honest. He picked up right away when I called and quickly made an appointment. I appreciated him communicating via phone and text because I was out of town (he did work on my mom's house). He thoroughly explained the problem and talked me through different options of repair and their prices. I didn't feel pressured by him at all. He does charge a $60 diagnostic fee but that cost will go towards the cost if repairs- which is very fair. If we have any ac problems in the future, I will definitely call him.
