I have had to use this storage site twice now. They are very prompt to respond to any inquiries via email or phone. They have even put me on a waiting list and contacted me when a unit became available. Ang has been informative, professional, and courteous. The new owner has made massive improvements. I love the personal touch they bring to their business. When needed, I will ONLY use their storage units.

I have been driving past this facility for a long time and needed a storage space short notice. I contacted the people at Steel City Storage. they were Extremely helpful and made this transition with everything so easily accessible to all of my wants and needs immediately. I was so impressed with the whole rental process at Steel City Storage with being able to secure my unit with just a phone call (to Angela who was extremely pleasant and helpful) and a few minutes on the computer. It was such a time saver by not having to take time off work to get to the rental office during the day like I have done when I previously rented storage units.
