I give two stars because it’s clean and not badly priced but if I have to use a storage unit again I won’t be using this one. I’ve had my stuff in storage since June. While we were looking for a new home and rooming with other people. Finally found a home got everything moved out go to cancel the policy and it’s not canceling I called to speak with somebody. The lady tells me on the phone that I have to give 10 day notice to vacate I’m like wait a minute I I’ve never had a policy like this before I’ve always use self storage and it’s always as long as you’re out by the day that

I have been renting in Pittsburgh for 18 years, and over that time I've used various storage services across the city. Keep is by far your best option for storing your valuables. Their offices are clean and staffed by friendly employees who (gasp) actually know what they are talking about. I had lots of questions which they clearly answered, and they were more than happy to sit down with me and explain their policies. It was a much more personable and pleasant experience than I've had elsewhere.

Clean secure facility. Nice amenities like a reserved loading zone and the ability to drive inside to unload. A loading cart or two is always available for use. Elevators, locks & doors are kept in good working order. Convenient monthly autopay option.
Tenants can access their units from 6 am to midnight 7 days a week! :-)
Only 4 stars because their posted office hours are not quite accurate. They have a lot of properties so the office is frequently unoccupied during posted hours and the main phone always goes to voicemail, although they do return calls within one business day and have a number
