Too bad there's nothing lower Than one. We unfortunately stuck with these guys for years because my husband believed in them. They have probably made 20 trips to our house charging every time despite no results about our master bedroom unit saying it was a burned out part that needed to be replaced, that they needed to install hundreds of dollars worth of return air vents, etc. Our problems just got worse. Then they decided it was our thermostat. Long story short I convinced my husband to try someone else and they fixed the problem in less than an hour. The Modern Cooling guys didn't

AC blower fan stopped working last night. Called them this morning and they were at my house before noon.
I was prepared for a sizable bill for parts, labor and rush service. I was shocked when the total was under $200.
It is easy to take advantage of people in this situation. Very nice to see an honest company charging an honest price.
