Where does one start? The good olde boy feel? Almost like family from the initial call until job completion. I have used this company for a couple of AC projects now. Every time, I am treated with A1 service. Pricing is great. Service is great. Workmanship is outstanding. I can't say enough. No matter what isn't working or my ac isn't cooling, this is my go to company! Don't think twice, call them in need and thank me later!

Waste of money. Some assistant came out for a few minutes and took pictures of my HVAC unit. Then he left and another person reviewed the pictures to tell me what he thought I needed! No tests were performed whatsoever. Then they wouldn't give me results until I paid them $139. The results were useless and did not help me at all. What kind of service is that? I could have taken pictures myself!! Very strange and unsatisfied.

The technician was in the house for five minutes. I thought thermostat was out. It was blank. The technician Leo went up into the attic and turned on the furnace switch. I did not know my kids had been in attic and accidentally flipped it off. I was stunned when I was billed $109. I live two miles from their home office so it was not a long trip. This was price gauging and I will not use Stevenson again. Do not make the same mistake I did.

A/C went out Saturday night, back up and running Sunday morning! Thanks to Stevenson's Heating & Air! I've had A/C issues before which have taken 2 days or more for "parts". Totally different experience with Stevenson's, they were prepared and professional. Leo was able to keep my family cool in this hot Texas weather!
