Steve Moore, CMS, founded Moore Services in 1987 with his wife Sandra. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from Eastfield College in 1977 and has been in the industry ever since.

I noticed our A/C wasn’t cooling and a line was frozen so decided to reach out to this service. I was able to schedule them for the next day but to my surprise Mr.Steve Moore was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. He was very informative and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. He was super friendly and professional the whole time. Will definitely be using their services again. Thank you so much!

I had a different company (call them company X) install my new high efficiency outdoor unit. There were a number of reasons that I questioned X’s competence. After 17 months the compressor in my new unit died. I decided to not use the original installer but research companies that specialize in Bryant. Moore’s fit the profile I was looking for.
Moore not only replaced the compressor, but corrected installation issues from both the replacement install along with the original install This required extra time but Moore maintained the original price quote even with the extra work.

They installed an AC unit for us last summer. They were honest with me about the cost and directed me to what would be the best value for me which was not the most expensive one! Had an issue with it recently and hesitated to call at this time of year since it wasn't a real emergency, but it started getting a little too 'warm', so did so anyway. They had someone out within an hour and were able to fix it right then! Always courteous on the phone and in person!

Our unit died in the middle of July and Moore A/C came out quickly to determine the cause. We needed a new unit and they gave us multiple options that would best fit our situation and budget. Very professional and educated us on how to register and use the new system. Very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.
