I just could not be more impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company! Clint has gone above and beyond for us! They have replaced one of our systems and took care of a balancing issue in our ductwork that no other company has been able to solve in the 20 years we have been in our home. I made a mistake in filters in our new system and just couldn't figure it out, Clint went out of his way to stop by and help me get it taken care of. It will only be Arthur that we use from this point on.

Have used Arthur at least 3 times at two different homes, and have been beyond grateful for their kindness, responsiveness, and overall willingness to help. They have gone above and beyond in answering questions and are just very good people. Kyler has come out several times and I think he is the most helpful, kindest person and I always feel better about whatever issue we are having when he is there to help. If you are looking for an HVAC person, call them. Cannot recommend enough.

I had our entire A/C and heating system replaced. Arthur heating & air did a fantastic job. Not only did they replace our system with a new TRANE system, they raised and suspended all our duct work off the subfloor and added another return air vent in our media room for maximum cooling efficiency at no charge. Keep in mind this was around a year ago or more. Since then we have had zero issues and are very happy with our system. Not to mention our utility bill has gone down significantly.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! They truly treat each customer as if it were replacing their own unit.

I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. They were recommended by a friend of a friend. Left a message about what I needed done non emergency and was called back right away. They made me an appointment for first thing the next day and called when they were about 15 minutes away. I had them install my new thermostat and they were very efficient and super friendly. They checked out HVAC system before they left to make sure all was working properly, I paid them and off they went. Super happy and we will be calling them for any future HVAC needs.

Arthur Service is a small father and son heating & AC company in Rowlett. I was introduced to them by a neighbor who was having a new AC unit installed by Rob (father) and Clint (son). After speaking with Rob & Clint about what we needed to have replaced and upgraded in our house, they came back with a quote on two different setups that they offer that would fit the size of our house. Both were very reasonable prices and both were with the Trane brand. The AC unit we had in the house was a relic from the early 1980's and was costing us a fortune. We went through with the paperwork
