Serge came to my home and did a walk through for a bathroom & bedroom remodeling project. He told me I'd have an estimate in a week or so. Well it's been 6 weeks, 3 phone calls and 1 email by me that have all gone unanswered. I had high hopes for this company based on the reviews, but based on their responsiveness I would not use them.

LHI painted most of our downstairs rooms as well as the hallway upstairs, including stairway spindles. The price was fair, and they did a fantastic job. They worked full days every day and completed the job on time. And, they were very meticulous. They made sure the walls were smooth---went over several spots multiple times to make them perfect.
Also, they were responsive to my calls and messages and kept us informed along the way. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have worked with Serge and his team at LHI on multiple remodeling projects for our recently purchased home in Media. Projects we've had done with LHI over the last year include exterior/interior painting, front door installation, hardwood floor installation, tile installation, vinyl floor installation, and interior drywall repair. LHI has _continuously_ hit it out of the park. Their craftsmanship is superb, they are ultra responsive, they are punctual, and they are honest. We will happily be calling upon them again for a few projects in the Spring.

LHI came to my house and installed beautiful hardwood and also finished the flooring on my stairs. Everything looks beautiful. I love the work they did. The flooring team that came out was quick and made sure they were checking in with me to make everything go as expected. I love the outcome of my floor and stairs. I plan on using this company again for other floors in my house. Definitely recommend them!!!!

The LHI crew did an outstanding job with a project in our new home. Throughout the process we were impressed with every aspect of the work. The team collaborated to build a new catwalk above our living room within our open floor plan and also capped old wooden beams that ran throughout the main level ceiling, all hanging at significant heights. This work was tricky and non-traditional from a remodeling perspective. It was amazing to see them design, plan, and troubleshoot the project. A special thank you to Serge. He comunicated with me and my husband the entire way and finished a complete home remodel on time and on budget. Every single person that worked on our new home was very pleasant and courteous. Most of all, it was easy to see that all of their guys were true professionals.

I am so glad I found LHI for our exterior house re-painting of our stucco and shutter replacement. They were extremely professional and very responsive. We had trouble deciding on a paint color for the exterior of our home and they helped us to get a free consultation with Sherwin Williams to help find our perfect color. The guy who did the exterior painting was fantastic - he did a perfect job, super detailed, and made our house look brand new. I cannot thank them enough, highly recommend! We love the look of our refreshed house!

Excellent and timely execution of an easy to understand emailed proposal. Although all they did was exterior painting and minor repairs, I am curious to see what they may be able to do with interior bathroom and or kitchen updates.
I was particularly impressed with the technician’s ability to rip saw off-specification lumber; making an exact fit to replace a damaged 25-year old outdoor deck plank. The repair came out perfectly - highly recommended.

The best carpenters I have ever come across. They built my cubbies from scratch along with a gorgeous barn door and refinished everything to a flawless factory finish. I dont think even the cream of the crop cabinet maker would have been able to build something so beautiful. They also refinished my hardwood and painted. Truly a one stop shop for all high end remodelling services.Highly recommended.
