When you need comprehensive tub and wall tile refinishing or other fixture repair and improvement services, our team of home contractors is here to complete your project quickly and at an affordable price.

Get in touch with us to get a free estimate on your project, discuss your ideas, or schedule service. Our company was featured in the widely read and prestigious New York Times: One solution to improving your bathroom's appearance is to hire professionals who specialize in refinishing porcelain - including bathtub reglazing, sinks, toilets and wall tile reglazing.

Workers for Porcelain Industries in West Islip, L.I., generally follow this process: the first step to bathtub reglazing or wall tile reglazing is chemically cleaned and then washed with an acid solution to disintegrate the old glaze. Chipped, rusted or corroded surfaces are repaired. Next, a setting solution is applied so the glaze will bond to the original surface.

My tub was reglazed in April 2019. It is a very labor intensive job. JC was here for about 6 hours and did good work. He was both professional and courteous. The tub looks great. However, the fumes from the stripping and glazing were very bad. I could not stay in my apt. that night and went to a local hotel thereby incurring an extra expense. Be warned that you must be out of your home for a few days when this job is done. Unless you have a big place with extra bathrooms there is, in my opinion, no way someone can sleep in an apt with a newly glazed bathtub or while the work is going on

I can't stress enough how happy I am that we chose to use this company for our bathroom. Not only was the price better than other estimates we have gotten, these guys know what they're doing. They were honest, reliable, and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need like previous companies. They resurfaced our bathtub and it looks BRAND new ! Joe was a pleasure from the moment he stepped foot in our house! He reassured me that everything would be perfect, and it was ! My tub looks brand new , AND they cleaned up the area before leaving (trust me , not every company does)

My husband and I were very pleased with the way our bathroom came out! We had our tub and tile sprayed and it came out awesome. They were very helpful from start to finish. Very nice and neat workers as well. I would definitely recommended Porcelain Industries!

This company was responsive and clear on the phone. Even more important, they did good work refinishing my tub and all the tiles in the bathroom. When they first arrived, they saw that a number of tiles were loose and they would not proceed with the job because that would not be effective and correct. That repair was completed and Porcelain Industries completed an excellent job in two days. I would recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their work is sub-standard, they do not stand by their work & their warranty is worthless. I hired them to do a tub. The tub was not wiped dry by the technician after cleaning the tub so their glazing was all wrinkled & peeling the next day. They came to repair it but the same thing happened again. They refused to come back to repair it again unless I paid them.

TERRIBLE. Buyer beware. Most expensive, no warranty, we were so stupid to use them- they were convincing over the phone that they would do good work and the chip repair would never again be an issue. Well, it's been a little over a year and it's chipping and peeling. And they won't fix it with us paying full price again. Please use someone else!!!

1 year and 8 months ( even though this started a few months ago) is not a long enough amount of time for a repair to last.. especially one that cost $300!!!

And while you'd like to make excuses such as children picking at the finish

This is the only company with a showroom that I could fined The staff were friendly and not pushy. They were clear about the process and expected results. My tub had three nice size chips and they fixed them perfectly. A few weeks after the tub cured they came back to polish the tub and it is great. Tiny imperfections in your original tub will remain, and they told us that. My 27 year old tub looks brand new.

Also, my wife asked the technician on the follow up visit for a quote to spray a tiled half wall ledge in our shower. He was forthcoming that the way it sat it would not work well and crack

I absolutely had to write a review. This was one of the smartest decisions I made. I wanted to update my bathroom but not break the bank. I emailed company photos of my bathroom and they gave me a very reasonable quote. The technician was great, and the work was amazing. So much better than I could have imagined. I had the bathtub and wall tiles refinished. We replaced the sink and toilet and the bathroom is now complete. Highly recommend them .. Thanks Porcelain Industries

I can speak more highly of this company, and have to post. it was such a pleasure working with them. they were so professional !! i emailed them a picture of my bathroom, and was able to be given a quote right over the phone, which saved alot of time. within a week their technician , joe, who was great arrived. we had our bathtub and wall tiles reglazed. it was done in one day ! it was so inexpensive, compared to ripping out. i never imagined it would look so good. looks like a new bathroom .. finally out with the blue bathroom ... we had it all reglazed white. blown away , best thing we did.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their technician locked me out my apartment after I specifically told them "NOT TO LOCK THE DOOR" because the lock is broken and I don't have a key. It cost me $150 to have a locksmith let me back into my apartment. Porcelain Industries refused to compensate me. And when I even offered to split the cost of the locksmith, they still refused to take responsibility saying that its my fault. Why would I tell him to lock the apartment if I knew the lock is broken and I don't have a key!?! They are completely unreasonable and I will be disputing the

I am still keeping 3 stars for the original job they did. The first guy that came did a great job! However one small thing went wrong. Our soap dish was loose in the shower. It came off a few days ago.
We had a warranty for ONE YEAR I think it was. We called them hoping they might fix it.
Different people showed up. They had their equipment went into the bathroom and called their boss. Their boss told them it was not their responsibility.
So my husband got on the phone and asked if they could fix it. They said no after having told us on the phone that they could. He asked could you at least
