We visited expecting great service to their sister store (Showcase Kitchen) and got the opposite. We encountered a terrible customer experience, just all around rude and snotty!
The staff was rude and they wouldn't allow us to take samples OR Even pictures of the tile! Never experienced this at other stores.
We went across the street and it was a breath of fresh air and gave them our business.
