Buying a Roof is a big thing today.. (The BIG QUESTION, Who can you trust not to take short cuts or give you rush roofing job that might not be what you really anticipated..) I went with Dale Webb Roofing because they are probably one of the most trustworthy Roofers in the Roofing Industry.. All Dale's Crew is second to none in knowledge, quality and professionalism.. Horrible! Nothing but problems and leaks! Stay away! I called several times...the ceiling in our pantry closet leaked and was all wet - damaged from where the 2 roofs met (we had to pay to replace it)....the sun roof leaked...we had to fix and pay for the damages..he may have been very reasonable, but in the long run, was it really?

Pretty disappointed with these people. Scheduled an appt a week ago for today at 11am. Not even 2 hours before the appt, I just now got a phone call saying they cannot make it and now the appt needs to be rescheduled. I tried to explain that, that doesn't work for me, it is already on my schedule and have someone on they way already, the lady immediately got rude saying the are cancelling and since I have a problem with it, she will not reschedule me. It disturbed me enough that I am writing my very first bad review. As a working professional in a very similar industry, that was extremely unprofessional

They quoted me the cheapest price out of a few places i got quoted. They completely tore off the roof and replaced a few pieces of plywood and re-shingled my roof in about 10 hours over 2 days. They did a great job cleaning up after tearing off the roof that it looked better then before they started. My roof looks great, i am very happy with it. If you are getting roof work done, make sure you get a quote from Dale Webb Roofing.

Called for roof estimate set it up. They called me early in the morning to confirm appointment. They never showed up.. I called back they said they drove by the house and the where not interested in doing the job. The didn't even have the common sense to call and tell me that. I had to call the office and ask why they didn't show up. Very unprofessional.
