Had to replace my gutters after coming home to find a VERY large guy on my roof (working by himself instead of a crew) with the ladder leaned up against the gutter. What was supposed to have been a 1-day repair ended up being multiple days with the same guy until they finally sent a crew out and got the job done. Not sure if the first guy made… things worse, but the shingle color they used wasn't even close to the original and the repair is painfully obvious and doesn't lay flat. The leak was fixed, but the workmanship was horrible and ended up costing me almost as much for new gutters as

So my husband used to work at this place tell me why he is sitting outside waiting on his check because the owner pissed he don’t want to work under the stressful conditions. We are in the middle of a hurricane and he tells my husband he can’t get his check at 1 with everyone else he has to wait until 5 cuz he don’t work here anymore. Lol he thank… he doing something but he’s the one pissed we have the gas to sit til 5 no problem but my husband still won’t be there to help you. Now that’s funny u mad mad but being hateful and spiteful will get you nowhere

Zack was amazing with helping me get threw this process, due to fighting with the insurance company it had been hard. But every step of the way zack helped walk me threw the process and was incredibly patient with me! The crew who actually did the roof was great!! Came and knocked my roof out in two days!! Left my backporch area in cleaner shape then it was when they started!! Absolutely 100% impressed with this entire process!! Thanks for making my dreams guys!!
