First time getting my carpets cleaned in 4 years of having dogs and I am very happy how they turned out. Our house smells and feels so fresh again! I just moved into a new house that had a ton of smudges and stains in the carpet that I didn't think was going to come out. When he came and looked at it, he set expectations that they might not come up because of how long they might have been there, but he would work hard to get them out. He ended up working for hours and by the time he was done, I have literally never seen carpet so clean! This man is amazing and I heavily recommend anyone and everyone who needs cleaning done to reach out to him!!!

My 4 year old rug looks brand new! I am so impressed with his equipment and service! He was not rushing and took his time. His Rotor carpet scrubber puts in the work. My son's and daughters room were wrecked with food and unfortunately urine. He made them all look and smell brand new. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone!

We had an awesome experience with Steam Time Carpet Cleaning. Arthur was genuine, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We just bought a new home and needed the carpets cleaned. Some of the carpet was beyond saving and instead of just cleaning it anyway he was honest with us and gave great advice about flooring replacement options. He cleaned the carpet that was worth saving and it looks great! I was very impressed with his thoroughness, honesty, and exceptional service. Art was amazing! My mom's house was built in the 70's and we planned carpet cleaning as part of the sale. Art came prepared to spend the afternoon but immediately realized that carpet cleaning was not what we needed.
