Today I came home from work to sparkling windows and a freshly pressure washed house. I’ve been using Charity Window Cleaning for a year now and am thrilled with the quality of their work and how quickly they respond to questions. I was able to set up exterior window cleaning on a quarterly basis and Charity never fails to deliver. Charity window cleaning always leaves me with smiling. I have used them for over five years and enjoy having one less thing on my to do list. We used the warranty for the first time this year when construction on our road along with a storm swirled around our Weber Canyon home. I was very impressed with my service from Charity Window Cleaning. I had them wash my house along with my windows. They go above and beyond just cleaning glass. They take the time to clean the tracks on your windows. You know the dirty work you typically don’t want to do yourself. Very happy with all the clear natural light beaming through my windows again!!!

I can't reccomend this business enough. The best price and they deliver the best service for window cleaning. The only ones who steam clean and actually service the window. They're honest and did great work. It was also great to get a discount just for donating something for a food pantry, They're involved in helping communities.

These guys legitimately are the best window washers in the area. Prompt, quick, friendly, and their work is amazing. Our windows haven’t looked this good since the day we got out keys. They even let us know that one of the seal on a pane was broken.

Charity Window Cleaning did an AMAZING job cleaning our windows and pressure washing our driveway. Our windows were extremely dirty from building our home and now they are sparkling clean! The employees were so great and very nice. I was so happy when they pulled out their shoe covers to put on before they came inside my home! The customer service was beyond great. One of the employees went out of her way to finish cleaning the window in my baby’s room first so I could put him down for a nap. Charity Window Cleaning did an incredible job cleaning our windows a few months ago - even during a storm. They have filtered water from their own truck that cleaned the windows. Our windows had NO streaks - SPOTLESS! They also cleaned the window tracks and screens - did a beautiful job. I was very impressed. And I love that they back it up with a 60 day guarantee. Very happy with the window cleaning process and how clearly Jesse Madsen (owner) explained it and the You Tube videos. Services were provided as represented. Jesse responded quickly to my calls/texts. His crew, Lizette and Wendy, amazing. They were friendly, courteous, worked as a team and provided us with completely clean and lubricated windows. Loved that their service included screen cleaning and thorough cleaning of the window tracks and frames. Highly recommend them to clean your windows.

Sent a request through their website to get a quote. The gentleman called me and was very polite on the phone. He said he would send me a text asking for personal information, got the text, send my information back to him and he said he would be able to come or have someone come the following Friday at 11:00, I confirmed that would work with my schedule. The day came and no one ever showed up. I waited for 50 minutes from the time the appointment was and no one showed. Only thing that was good about dealing with this company is the gentleman I spoke to was nice and polite.
