Very nice people. They helped us out with 2 broken windows at our house. Their prices were reasonable and the lady on the phone was always very nice and helpful. The glass had to be ordered, so it took longer then I expected. However when the glass was installed it was beautiful. Justin did a great job at installation. I am definitely keeping their phone number!

We broke out the pane on a 100 year old front door, and also had to replace a pane on the back of our garage. While we were stripping the door to repaint, we broke another pane. Getting service was a bit difficult because of COVID shelter in place (and our changing order), but Paul was communicative, responsive, and personally did thorough, detailed work. Estimate/final price was fair and worth it. Good people and business to work with, highly satisfied.

Paul was great to work with and very responsive.
Our dual pane window consisted of both laminate and tinted glass and some glass vendors we contacted didn't know what to do with it, or know what kind of glass we had. Paul figured out what we had, ordered the new glass panels, and delivered the window in a week.
Hope we don't have to call Paul again but definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to replace windows.

Paul is a miracle worker. He's lightning fast, incredibly friendly and helpful, and always has the best rates. I've had him and his team replace multiple windows at our commercial properties and all I can say is that I wish everything in life were so easy. If I ever leave the area, I'm convinced I'll have to pay for the Glass Fixer to make the trip to wherever I end up, because I'm spoiled now. I called Paul on a Saturday afternoon after throwing a rock through a patio window with my string trimmer. Paul is AMAZING! He came out that same day and took out the broken pane (in the dark by the time that he finished). He ordered the new glass and ensured that it would be a perfect match to our window. He inspected the new pane and saw a manufacturer defect prior to delivering the pane. He called us and said the install would be delayed because of the defect - we were amazed that he was so detail oriented. 2 of his team came out shortly after and installed the new pane perfectly. I had a broken window in need of quick repair. After reading Yelp reviews, I called the Glass Fixer and left a message for Paul with my name and number and the location of where I live. I never heard back, hence the one star.
Since I never heard back, two days later I called Lauren at Fast Glass who I also found on Yelp. He answered my call and responded within two hours. He repaired my window and was reasonably priced. Stop what you're doing and look up Fast Glass instead of this guy.

My Husband and I own a small restaurant in the city of Orange near CHOC hospital and we were unfortunately broken into. Our front door was shattered and our lock was also jammed. It was a huge shock to us both and since this is our first business we were not sure where to turn to when it came to fixing our glass door. We turned to yelp and skipped the sponsored ads we were just looking for a good honest business. We called the number and explained what happened and were able to get Paul to come out within an hour! As soon and he arrived he was able to fix our lock right away

Glass issue solved!! The neighbors kid decided to throw a football through my parents window. So, I was in a rush to get the damage fixed.. PRONTO. So, I got on the horn and encountered several different companies. Many were closed on a Saturday afternoon, while others just couldn't keep their word. My house is in the historic district of Orange (built in 1924), and vandals just broke the nearly 100 year old front window with an egg (yup, an egg!)
The original windows on old houses like these are "wavy" - they aren't flat glass, as they have wavy ripples in them, which you can easily see with the naked eye (especially when viewing light reflections in them). Paul from The Glass Fixer came out the same day I called the company, and was ready to fix my window that night. He first asked me if I wanted to keep it wavy as opposed to flat, especially since a wavy glass would match

We experienced a burglary and needed someone immediately for a severely damaged window. It was after 9pm, but Paul was responsive and arrived at our home within 20 minutes for an emergency board up.
