Andrew and Ethan came a month ago to dismantle and move plumbing for sink and dishwasher due to a kitchen renovation. Excellent work that day. The cabinets, countertops, and sink have all been installed so they came back today to install faucet, drain, re-pipe drain under house, and install dishwasher.

I had a 20 YO hot water heater replaced with a tankless. Brick City was recommended by the guy who drilled my well and now I know why. They did an excellent job and and were prompt, very knowledgeable and helpful on giving me tips on how to maintain and clean my tankless on an annual basis. I highly recommend them.

We needed a free-standing tub installed. They weren’t design for concrete slab installation. The Team, led by Justin Barkley, had to rework some incorrect work done previously. The cut tile and concrete without getting dust all over the bathroom. They were courteous and honest. They immediately consulted us about changes needed to planned installation when issues arose. They did it right and they did it well. Thanks!

This company is very organized & efficient. They are on time and respect your property. Masks & booties. They are knowledgeable & professional in all their plumbing work. The prices are reasonable. They have installed 2 water heaters, faucets, toilets and repaired other plumbing. I won't call anyone else. If an emergency exists, they will respond as quickly as possible.
Highly recommended.

In the middle of the night I thought my well was going to blow up..water was shooting out, the gauge was redlining..it was scary.
The 2 men that came out next morning were both very personable & friendly..immediately put me at ease. Promptly fixed the pressure switch..they did such a great job I had them fix a couple other things in the house.i am VERY pleased & will recommend them to anyone I know that needs plumbing services. ..they're my new go to guys ..I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars!!
