Steve MacDowell and his assistant were very professional and courteous. They texted me when they were on their way, which was very convenient so I knew when to walk my dog and still be home when they arrived. They repaired the damaged pipe quickly and left no mess behind. The charge was more than fair. I was very pleased with their service and will certainly call them again for any plumbing needs.

Needed a new water heater before Thanksgiving and they installed it at a reasonable price and were able to get me in fast. We felt like the water wasn't as hot, I like a very hot shower and water for my dishes, so I called them up and they came out no charge as part of the warranty and were even able to see me a few days sooner all before Christmas. Anthony was very nice and funny and also helpful at explaining everything to me. Will continue to call Miller and sons!!

Jason arrived timely and he was very pleasant. He got right to work and explained everything he was doing. I had told them that it was 2 outdoor faucets that were leaking. He came fully prepared for that repair. It was a difficult repair because they had been soldered on, but Jason knew what he was doing and fixed them both replacing them with a quality connection and faucet that could be screwed on and off in the future if needed. Then, Jason also cleaned up the outside wall around each faucet and caulked it for a nice clean repair. Quality work done quickly for the work that had to be done and
