When I made the deposit they scheduled two days for the install. Later they called and asked for a third day if necessary to finish. It took five days and two different crews. The first crew only got half way done in three days, entered my home when I was not there, temporarily put carpet on the stairway that was not attached in any way, tack strip tips protruded throughout. Management was not helpful regarding issues and stood behind their installers - even though one guy was fired on my job and later the other guy was fired. The job was finished by another crew. I do not recommend The Carpet

I've used the carpet store in the past and was happy. This was a different experience. The installer, Randy R. and his assistant (who are contractors, they do not have employee installers) were great BUT the front office is just rude. They repeatedly called my daughter at work to demand the other half of the carpet payment. They started this the morning of a failed attempt to lay the carpet. The next time they called her at work for payment even before the installers arrived. Just beware full payment is due before the complete installment. If something goes wrong, you are screwed. This is the policy

We used the Carpet store about 7-8 years ago and had a great experience but not overly impressed this time around. Alex and team were really friendly but the overall process was pretty unorganized from start to finish with communication being off.
When we picked out our products, Alex was really great. The only thing was that it was a little off-putting that when we wanted to look at hardwood, she kept recommending laminate wood for our main level floors. She mentioned multiple times how expensive it was and showing us the laminate product. I don’t think she was trying to be rude but her suggestion

Had this carpet installed in a guest bedroom. We purchased a high-end product. The Carpet Store sent in contract installers that that fastened the padding down with tape!!!! The room gets next to no use so I let it go and now the carpet is bulged in the center and around the door. Total mess. I called the store and got the run-around about sending in a factory guy to inspect and was warned that I may end up paying for the inspection. Now I'm going to end up replacing it. Buyers beware of this outfit.

I'm a repeat customer of The Carpet Store! I've had several homes carpeted with their products and have been extremely happy each time. Randy came out to install new carpet in our entire upstairs. It was a huge project and he did a wonderful job! Very respectful, careful in how he worked around baseboards and stair railings so as to not scratch them. Truly appreciate the ease and professionalism of working with everyone in this store! You get what you pay for and this was definitely reasonable, and high quality merchandise and workmanship. I recently had Cody from the Carpet store come and do a phenomenal job on the upper level of my home. His cuts are precise and the lines are nice and crisp. I was nervous at first on how the Carpet from the bedrooms would look up against my wood laminate but the tools and equipment he used left a result to die for. Very respectful, professional, and hard working. I highly highly recommend the Carpet Store and even that you request Cody.

I own several rental properties and have used the carpet store for all of them. they have better quality on the inexpensive side for the same price or better than the big box stores and it holds up well and cleans easy after a tenant. after using for my business i had them put in some higher end stuff in my fathers house and it came out great. they seem to stay busy, plan on scheduling a couple weeks in advance. i am a repeat customer over the last 3 years and haven't experienced any of the issues others are claiming. installers where always on time and had what i ordered.
