The Claypool family has worked in the home pool and spa industry since 1982. Jeff, Lifestyle Outdoor's President, started his career more than 30 years ago installing, servicing, and remodeling pools alongside his father. As part of the job, he attended a home show, where he discovered the Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and Hot Spring Spas brands.
Spencer grew up around Lifestyle Outdoor his entire life and used to think everyone had a hot tub in their backyard. He was brought on to help with digital marketing, but soon found himself helping customers in the showroom. He now splits his time between the two roles. Spencer has a natural ability to find the hot tub that best fits a customer's needs, all the way from the size of the spa down to each and every jet.

My experience with Lifestyle Outdoor in Sherman Oaks was absolutely fantastic! Like many new homeowners during the pandemic, I was looking for a high quality hot tub that could be delivered to my home without too much hassle. After meeting with Alyssa at Lifestyle Outdoor I was immediately at ease. She asked me lots of thoughtful questions about my home and the type of hot tub I would be most interested in, she carefully selected some potential hot tubs, and then gave me a comprehensive tour of the store. Ordered a Hot Springs Beam around April 2021 and received it in September which is not too bad during the pandemic when most places I called around said almost a year out! They arrived on time and the setup was quick, I was surprised to learn upon delivery the cover lift was on backorder (again, pandemic), but Lifestyle quickly remedied that for me and found me an equivalent and slightly nicer lift available sooner and they honored the price I'd already paid. Communication and service was great throughout the process and they gave me a very fair price in the end, especially considering the insane

The team at Lifestyle Outdoor has been fantastic to work with. We knew little about the process at the beginning of our journey to get an Endless Pool and Jeff and Kelly both made the experience easy to understand and they both were very helpful and hands on when it came time for installation. As a result, we have a beautiful Endless Pool installed in our house and we are thrilled to have it and use it every day. We decided to get a swim spa right before the pandemic and because the factories closed - the whole experience took a lot longer than expected. Each step of the way Lifestyle Outdoor held our hand and helped us feel like we had the latest updates. We purchased our JLX Jacuzzi from Lifestyle Outdoor years ago. We have had them come out periodically for small things that needed repair. We recently had their technicians Kheshawn and Bryce come to do some repairs. THEY WERE GREAT!!! They gave us some great tips about how to keep our Jacuzzi in good condition. Ones we had never heard before. They were incredibly knowledgeable and super personable. Lifestyle Outdoor has always treated us right and Kheshawn and Bryce were an excellent addition to our experience.

Sales department has been great over the last 12 years but I finally called for Maintenance and after two weeks of getting the run around, I was told they cannot service the spa because they are too busy to crawl.... My spa has a deck built around it with an access panel covered by lattice that is close to the spa mechanicals, so its not wide open yet its still accessible. Make sure you get commitments ahead of time... ;-(

I highly recommend Lifestyle Outdoor. We purchased our hot tub about 3-1/2 years ago. With the recent fires and windstorms we had a problem that resulted in the thermostat failure. I contacted the friendly Jen in customer service and she promptly scheduled Javier to provide the service. On the morning of the service, Javier called to verify the problem and load any potential parts onto his vehicle. I bought my hot tub here a few years ago, and until recently always had help from a friend with the maintenance. I could test the water and add chemicals as necessary, but draining and refilling the tub, a requirement three or four times a year, looked complicated. My friend moved away, and I decided I'd better learn how to do it by myself.
The owner's manual is actually pretty good; it could use a few more diagrams and pictures. There are pretty good tutorials on YouTube. I figured out how to empty the water, clean the tub and the filters, and refill it. But there was a trickle of water

Worked with Kelly to get a new spa to replace our broken spa. During the unusual circumstances of COVID stay at home recommendations, I was still able to pick a beautiful custom spa with Kelly's help - looking at colors online and getting her feedback on the colors and combinations in person.
We have a challenging pathway to remove the old and install the new spa. The delivery team was amazing and smiled through it all! We worked together to make the path as manageable as possible - they were great!
We are very happy with the process and our new jacuzzi spa!!

Javier was such a courteous and professional service man! It was so nice meeting him- I never saw his face because he was respectfully wearing a mask due to the lock down. I love the Jacuzzi brand luxury spa I purchased! I bought this to replace the top of the line spa I purchased from Costco (Evolution brand) and this one is far superior - yes it is about twice the price, but very, very worth it.
Tony Smotherman was the employee who helped me and my boyfriend (my boyfriend found this place and he encouraged me to check it out) and in retrospect, I should have shopped and bought from here first, and skipped my usual Costco loyalty.
In addition to being helpful and knowledgeable about the product, Tony is a perfect rep and salesperson, in that his physical look

My hot tub was the best thing I ever bought. I had a couple hiccups in the beginning but the staff scrambled to make things right... Two years later, i had a couple drips. After a call to Yoss in service, and Javier showed up the next day, and not only told me what was wrong but came up with a neat idea so it doesn't happen again.

Do yourself a big favor and avoid this store. Giving 1 star only because Mike was trying to help the situation get resolved. Otherwise would be 0 stars.
I call Lifestyle to inquire about ordering some parts. I was told I either needed to give a credit card or come in and pay cash up front before any parts can be ordered. I go in to the store the same day. Mike is gone and Greg is there. I explain the situation and leave a $100 bill for the parts. Greg assures me someone will call me in the morning to complete the order. No call back the next day. I call and Mike is unavailable. That was Thursday
