Morgan Alarm

Installer had to use the bathroom...used a new,out of the box toilet...THAT WASN'T HOOKED UP!
When we called..."what would you like us to do?"
Well I'd like you to come clean up your installers mess...and I'd like you to hire people that have just a tad bit of common sense.

I had Morgan Security install a quality alarm system in my house and around my property. Morgan was always on time and answered any questions on how to use the system.
I highly recommend Morgan Security for any and all security installation and monitoring in your home or business.

Although Morgan Alarm was a bit pricier than other systems, I support local businesses. Sadly they have gone to third party outsourced contracting for servicing alarm calls and the quality of local and home grown are no longer there.

I can save $ and get better coverage from other systems not requiring contracts. When local businesses decide to outsource and lose their local employees, believe me, it can cost them in the long run. Adios Morgan Alarm.

He office staff is very helpful and responsive. The installers were great and cleaned up when they left. The app is East to use and questions have been answered in a timely manner. We’ve used Morgan on4 different properties and have been happy with the price and service. Would definitely recommend.

We have has service from Morgan for over 5 years. We have had no trouble with their equipment or monitoring. They installed a new panel with our existing hardware to save us some money.

I do not recommend this company. Their charges are very high for everything from monitoring to installation. I wish I could get out of my contract.

The customer service at Morgan Alarm is the best. They always have a real person answering and they are right here in town- not outsourced. Their dispatchers are available 24/7.

So far, I am completely satisfied. The operators are always professional and helpful. The company keeps timely appointments and send technicians who are familiar with my house and system. When the alarm was tripped for fire they were on it as they were when a guest set off the alarm. It is loud! They have always been responsive. I have the service contract which I will have used several times this year. Morgan is local and keeps my tax dollars in the city and county.

I changed to Morgan Alarm out of Vallejo after Bay demonstrated complete incompetence. Morgan was everything I wanted Bay to be. They ALWAYS responded promptly. They knew their customers well enough to recognize the voice on the phone -- although they always verified my ID anyway. I don't need a security system anymore, but for those who do, I emphatically recommend Morgan.

Had Morgan Alarm install cameras and they paid for themselves the first month. One evening two burglars attempted to break in, one went to the front door and rang the bell while the other went to my side yard gate , which where both cover via cameras. We saw the one at the side gate on our monitor and called the police. They were caught and with the pictures stored on our DVR CONVICTED. To date we have recorded aggressive door to door sales people, mail thieves, car buglers and the next door neighbors dog digging up our yard. These cameras work and are the best protection you can get. Don

I do Highly recommend Morgan Alarm. After switching from a major nation wide competitor who could give a real rats A@! about us small folk accounts, Morgan Alarm does.
I requested Morgan for an appointment, and they came over and gave me a decent quote. The switch over was easy and they even tuned up my outside bell.
You can't beat their price or their service. I am impressed with their response after an accidental trip off my alarm. Great home town service.
I wish they had their own website for service information, upgrades, and pricing etc.
