Honestly my first time being here getting my tints done not going to lie but the tints are nice i love it but the fact they charge your card twice like literally the next day even when your not there.. the fact they have yoir debit card in they system dont mean they can go ahead and charge maybe they made a mistake pr whatever but thats definitely not right so please as a warning check you banks people

Jag and his team were patient, professional and responsive. Ordered system in April and with chip shortage, manufacturing and shipping issues, finally got the alternative option Jag suggested in August. This would have been 5 stars if the install would have gone smoother. Install took longer than anticipated (1 day to 3.5 days) which was frustrating. The Customer service in regards to timeliness/updates/delays in person were all very poor. My appointment was at 1pm, I was there 15 minutes early and my car wasn't pulled in until 3:30. I was there twice earlier part of the week for a tint quotation on the specific car I want it installed,gave me a price of $350(nano tint ceramic) on wednesday, I need to leave that day because he was busy multitasking with other customers thru phone and in person and told him I'm coming back.

The window tint service utilizing Solar Gard Quantum HP on my Mercedes-Benz CLS55 AMG came out phenomenal. However my flat tire repair kit was stolen out of the trunk while in possession of this establishment.
This should raise an alarm of the kind of business practices that occur at this establishment. I would be VERY cautious. AMERICAN CONSUMERS have the right to do be LEERY.
I waited until the perfect time to report on this. NOW MORE THAN EVER is the correct time to scope these guys out.

What a wonderful shop, I walked in the door and was greeted immediately. Everyone was wonderful. Drop the car off to have Apple play installed in a Infiniti QX 60 and also have the windows tinted. They did a wonderful job on the window tinting it looks perfect. Apple play was installed and works beautifully I can't say enough about the shop Jag and his crew did a wonderful job.

I went there for a tint job on my model Y. He did a great job recommending me the nano ceramic on “every” window. I said every, because I also did my windshield and long single piece panoramic roof. Great product and quality was delivered. Really hands down great tinters there.

I should have written this a while ago. Audio House is a great great place to get your audio system. Jag there owner is so knowledgeable and helpful and makes sure every customer has a great experience. I own a 2010 Mini Cooper and wanted to put in a touch screen in to it. I had taken my car to get there windows tinted and when I picked it up Jag happily spent an hour past closing explaining the different options and price point. I walked away feeling very comfortable and confident I was in the right place.

Jag is the goat. I needed to get my radio replaced because it was shorting out. He was able to give me an honest quote, and ran through the different types of radios I could chose from. We settled on a radio, and his guys installed it no problem. I'm BEYOND HAPPY and they were able to get the steering wheel audio controls to work as well even though Jag said it wasn't a guarantee.

They have the best products, are able to source hard to find items (these days that is very important) and have awesome installers. Customer service here is great! Jag is very attentive to the client when they are in front of him. He is very positive, like his energy. My husband had his windows tinted on his Toyota Tacoma, our sons on his Nissan and now my Honda Accord just got done, looks bad a**! I got windows tinted & had an amp w/some speakers, put in. It truly does LOOK & SOUNDS SWEET! We are “Pretty happy customer’s” here!
