We've worked with Wes for over 10 years for maintenance and ultimately replacing both AC and gas heating units in our home.

Our heater went down during the Thanksgiving holiday. Service request call was put out on Friday am and within an hour the problem was being diagnosed. Needed part was promptly ordered and replaced. Highly recommend for prompt, efficient service-even over a holiday weekend!

My AC went out this afternoon, I looked at Yelp reviews and google reviews and I called GW Acker. I promptly got a return call. Even more prompt, Wes came over within an hour and spent time truly diagnosing what turned out to be an electrical issue. I can honestly say, he tried everything, he was thoughtful, and precise and finally found the problem. I have AC up and running on this hot August evening! Honest, fair, prompt and thorough.....this is who you should call for your heating and AC needs!
