The plumbing work was great. However I found one of the men inside our home multiple times not wearing a mask. They were here for hours and I have two small kids in my house who cannot wear masks. I found it very disappointing and unprofessional.
Edit: I have heard from Travis at An Affordable Plumber and received a genuine apology about the mask issue. I was informed that the employee I saw without a mask is a new employee and he has been reminded of the company policy to wear masks indoors at all times. I have one other plumbing issue that needs to be addressed and I think we will use An Affordable

My new tub install couldn’t have happen any easier. I was a bit nervous being such a big job, but the whole experience with Travis was effortless. I received a few bids and his was very fair. He showed up on time, finished the job as promised, and kept the work area neat and clean. My new tub looks and works beautifully. Will definitely use them again.
