Our house’s pressure regulating valve was causing some noise and vibrations in the pipes and needed to be replaced. I contacted Brian on a Monday morning and he came the same day to evaluate and provide an estimate. He was able to order a replacement unit and did the installation the following day. The old water heater was in a very tight space, but he worked hard to ensure that we didn’t have to downsize. Very satisfied with his speed, quality, and professionalism.

Brian and his team did an outstanding job. We had a water leak in the main water line between the street and the house causing water to come into the basement. Brian came out very quickly to assess the situation and lined up his team to do the work. It was a big job requiring the crew to be onsite most of the day but they worked hard, were great to work with and did a great job doing the work and cleaning up.

I needed to fix my hot water heater. I had tried AAA but was told to order parts that were wrong. After a week of not having hot water and multiple days renting a hotel for showers, I was told they couldn’t get to me until the following Tuesday afternoon and it was Friday morning. We had a hot water heater go out on the Friday before Memorial day. We contacted Brian and he saw us on Saturday, reviewed our options, supplied us with the information for us to decide our course of action. We responded back with the purchase of a tank less hot water heater which he installed on Tuesday to get us back up and running. He then returned on Wednesday to add a couple of things necessary for our specific home requirements.
