When a septic company does a sludge haul, they are supposed to do the "trash" tank, which is the 1st tank in line at a minimum. These guys were too lazy to dig 3" of dirt up and find the port on the Trash tank. They pumped out the other 2 tanks which does no good. All of the sludge in the trash tanks just flows into the other 2 tanks. So, now i have to hire a competent sludge hauler to pump not only the trash tank, but the other 2 tanks because the sludge is now in them!!! Will not ever use again. Be careful who your septic maintenance people tell you to use for a sludge haul!!!!

I can't say whether this company does a satisfactory job or not once they get to your home; that's because their service was so terrible they never made it to my home.
They PROMISED to be at my residence on a Monday morning. They never showed up, never a courtesy call... nothing.
When I talked with them Tuesday, they had quite a number of excuses and promised to be at my residence "First Thing Wednesday Morning". I called after 10:00 am on Wednesday morning as they were still a no show. The rude woman (who claimed to be the owner) started with the excuses again saying they could now arrive by
