Just have the person you are referring to us mention your name and if they sign a maintenance contract with us you will receive one free maintenance on the following year's contract.
A Greywater technician will come out once every four (4) months* to inspect your aerobic septic system. All technicians are in clearly labeled Greywater work shirts and will knock on the front door when they arrive at your home. A blue decal on or near the control panel will be dated at every maintenance and a copy of the maintenance report will be left detailing everything that was checked.

We are a family owned business with over 7 years of experience in aerobic septic maintenance. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service while offering the most affordable prices. We are located in Tomball, TX and are open Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM - Saturday for any emergency calls.
Here is a picture showing different examples of what happens when your linear air pump fails. You can see a dark discoloration on both the #1 and #3 air pumps caused by a build up of heat generated from a broken pump that continued to operate. This occurs when the safety screw fails to break apart when one or both of the rubber bladders tear.

Had an septic alarm go off. Found out it was the air pump unit. Called and they told me that it would cost me $260 to replace, but what they did when they came out was to install only a rebuild kit and charged me the same cost. Did not leave a breakdown of what was done and the results, nor did I get an invoice breaking down cost and labor. I have asked for cost of other items related to my septic system without a response. I feel that I was ripped off. Called and told them the same and all I got was a bunch of excuses.

We moved to our new home in April 2018. I had the task of finding all the new types of services and providers I hadn't a clue about, being a city person...must say septic being my #1 concern. After contacting a few other service providers, I called Greywater. After speaking with Pete, who made me feel comfortable in the process of caring for a septic system, we scheduled our first appointment after move in. I called to have some maintenance done and they sent somebody out next day. The guy showed up on time, prepared, and sounded very knowledgeable. I even told him i was on a tight schedule and he got everything done quickly and cleanly with better pricing than my last few guys.
