Aerobic septic systems contain pumps and electronics that can be destroyed by sludge if left too long. On average the residential aerobic septic system needs to be cleaned every few years and heavily used commercial septic units should be pumped out yearly. Cleaning and pumping your aerobic septic system is a big part of maintaining a long-lasting system.
You don't want to overload your tanks, so unless it biodegradable do not put in down the drains. If you smell something foul, this is a warning sign that the decomposition process is not working. Health agencies recommend cleaning every two or three years to help maintain your system so system failure is avoided.

TNT has done a good job whenever I have used them price is competitive, work is done well. The last time I called thinking I needed the tank pumped the person checked told me it was ok; but unfortunately my problem was with the plumbing; which later I found out cast iron pipes had collapsed. I plan to use them the next time service is needed
