This review would be more accurate with a sixth star.
Admittedly, I was anxious allowing myself to spend what it takes to get a truly art quality shower door made and installed in a walk-in shower space using tiles from the late 1950s. Concerns about fit, settling, etc. were on my mind.
But from the beginning of the process, having Matt evaluate and measure (3 times) to ensure the best possible fit in a 70 year old shower to the installation process, I was impressed, constantly realizing that I had made the right choice.
Anyone can choose a plugNplay H. Depot solution but the results are disappointing

Glashaus installed a steam shower glass door with transom that required precise and tight shut in a not perfectly square opening due to remodeling. Smooth stress free experience. Quote visit was efficient, precise and very professional. The installers were just as professional and had amazing attention to detail. Maybe not the cheapest but fair given the high quality. They left me very confident about the final product.

These guys did a custom shower door for us over a small bathtub. Originally we wanted a slider but Matt suggested a swing door instead and we are very happy he did so. A swing door is a much better fit for the small space and allows us to reach in to bathe our children across a much wider opening and without having to rest our arms on a sliding track. The finished product is exactly the look we wanted....frameless and modern looking. I highly recommend Glashaus and we will definitely use them for our next project.

We couldn't be happier with our new shower door from Glashaus! The whole process went very smoothly, from estimating to installation. The shower door was everything we hoped for! I can't recommend these guys high enough!! If I could give them 10 stars I would......... From the estimating process thru the install they were all great. I had a frameless shower door installed where the tile was not perfect and once complete it all looks perfect....... all LEVEL and PLUMB.

North Bay Shower did an amazing job. We designed a custom corner shower and they installed our vision perfectly. The glass is solid, door action smooth, and the seals (thus far) are totally water-tight. I would highly recommend this crew!

We have had two shower doors from NBSD in two years and both are true center pieces for our remodeled baths. The low iron and Diamond Fusion make them practically disappear they are so clear and easy to keep clean. One is a bi-fold door that was totally custom for the size of the bath and tub that is a one of a kind. Both were custom jobs very professionally handled from measurement to installation. We needed to get a shower door installed in our master bathroom and a mirror in our second bath. Ryan was very thorough during his consultation. He answered all of my question & was incredibly knowledgeable. The installation was quick and efficient....we are over the moon about our new shower & mirror. I'd highly, highly recommend using them. As an FYI - I did not price shop around so I can't say whether or not they are on the high end or not. What I would say is the service they provided was well worth the cost because I felt like Ryan and his team did an excellent job of pointing

I worked with North Bay Shower Door last winter to create and install a shower enclosure/door for my newly remodeled bathroom. It is absolutely beautiful and perfectly functioning. I have found them to be extremely professional in every aspect. My overall impression is that these guys are true craftsmen; providing a quality product/service is their highest priority.

They are completely unresponsive! They installed our shower enclosure several years ago and it was time for some basic maintenance. I left voicemails and filled out their website request.... Nothing. Very unprofessional.

These guys are a joke. I made an enquiry on their web site - no response. That should of been my signal to walk away. A couple of days later I phoned the shop, my call was eventually answered by a recorded message telling me to make my enquiry through their web site. Tried that! It then went on to say they are only accepting repeat business or referrals.

We did more than due diligence, getting 5 bids for the shower in our new bathroom, since we really wanted to feel that we'd made the best choice from both an aesthetic and an investment perspective. Ryan: when you told me I had to wait a full three weeks before you could assess my shower door repair situation, I figured you were in demand! If you had told me you were getting married then I would totally have understood your reasons! However, making someone wait 3 weeks to get an assessment and then taking another week after to tell that client that you are getting married and going on a honeymoon and can't do the job is just poor business management.
