Just had another great experience with Union door. I had a malfunctioning roll up door that had jumped out of its track. The team showed up early took care of my problem, tested the door, noted a few recommendations that they saw and were on their way. Knowledgeable and professional are two of my major prerequisites for choosing contractors and they exhibited both. Best part there was no up sale! They let the results do their talking. Couldn't be happier.

The team that addressed my issue were top notch. Thoroughly explained the issue they were addressing and their direction to resolve the issue. After the repair was complete they hung around to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a door service company.

As usual, top notch quality and professionalism from Carlo and his crew. I have been using Union Door for annual maintenance here at our high rise building in FiDi. The guys are always on schedule and complete their maintenance with minimal to no interruption of our busy garage traffic. Regular maintenance is one thing, however, what separates Union Door from the others is their response to emergencies. Doesn't matter if it's 2am, or a Holiday, these guys will show up quickly and take care of the problem ASAP! Give Carlo a call and he'll handle the rest. Highly recommended!

We've used Union Door for several years for our large warehouse door, helping us to figure out interference with our remote openers. When we had a fire in our warehouse (on July 4!) we were able to contact our representative (Carlo) to see about repairing the door after the fire department had to cut 8' x 8' hole in it to access the building. Not only did someone come out the day after to provide pricing for a repair, but their installation team repaired the door that day! What great services. Thanks to the entire team for helping ensure that are warehouse was secured once again

There aren't enough superlatives to describe the amazing service I get from Carlo and from Union Rolling Door. I called Carlo last night (well beyond the time they closed) in a panic because a fire alarm caused the fire curtains in my building to be activated. It turns out that the system was proprietary so there was nothing he/they could do to help. Instead of telling me I was out of luck, Carlo stayed on the phone with me and over the span of an hour, helped me get the numbers of the people who might be able to help. They didn't even work for the same company! Who does that? Someone

I manage 189 condo units near the water front in San Francisco. Many of the metal frame windows from the 70's get stuck. Until I called Carlo, it was impossible to find someone to address such a fussy problem. Enter Randy the Magician who removes the windows, takes them to his truck and replaces the plastic rollers, easier said than done. When needed he will also put in new "pile" the fuzzy weather stripping material.

Great company! Union-Door just installed a new gate system for us in San Francisco, and I wanted to share my experience. We needed to replace an old, rusty gate, and I contacted multiple firms for quotes. Carlo came out quickly to put together an estimate, and he was incredibly helpful in talking through the right options for our space. He is easy to work with and 100% focused on customer service. Upon installation, we had a few things that were not as expected, and Carlo made it right for us. Highly recommended!

I spoke with Carlo and he had a wealth of information that assisted me with a technical application for an access control system I was working on. What can I say, but Union-Door to the rescue again!
Two weeks ago I called Union-Door with issues to a telephone entry system, which they quickly resolved. Well the homeowners association I belong to had vehicle security gate issues. Yesterday, President's Day 2018, the gate was wide open and would not close. That was just after 4pm. And a homeless person rummaging thru our recycle bins. Being a holiday was a major concern, because most companies were closed.
We tried troubleshooting ourselves, with user manuals for reference. No luck. Even setting the gate in manual override did not work
