I had a fantastic experience from the first time we first called them. The quote I got from them was several thousand dollars less than the quote I got from the Home Depot to replace all of the windows and one sliding door in our single-family home. They arrived right on time for the initial scheduled home visit and estimate as well as for the installation. They were always professional, punctual, and easy to work with. Mid September we get in contact with Best Exteriors and our remaining windows are placed quickly and efficiently. Nice work and love the windows. Communication was an issue previously but they are clearly working on it and it has improved drastically. Irene has been a wonderful point person. Glad to know that their working on it. The quality of work is good and we are enjoying the silence our new windows bring. Overall, we would use them again.

While the installation of the windows was done properly, I have spent the four months since installation nagging my salesperson for a single replacement screen that did not fit the window that was installed. They sent out a second screen about two months after install and that didn't fit either. My communications now seem to be being ignored, and since I paid them in full, I now have limited options with which to solicit a response. I live in Pittsburgh and last year it was so hot that my candles were melting and the windows were making all this way worst!!!
Alex and Team took down our old windows and replaced them with these new windows that are just WAYYY BETTER than what I had before. So far we have had summer weather of 90s+ degrees and inside the house it feels like 70s!! I am so thankful for their work and so happy I found them!!

One of the installers spilled a can of soda on my carpet and didn't tell me until I saw it hours latter. The other installer made a dark 3 inch mark on the carpet near the sliding glass door and never mentioned. It really made me angry they didn't have the courtesy to own up to it. I gave them a very healthy tip and then discovered the made a mess of my carpet

I definitely recommend Alex & the team!!! We had to replace all of our windows + sliding door, totaling 23 windows & the team finished it within a day and a half. From the very beginning until the end, they were all professional. They respected the house & cleaned up after themselves. Communication with Alex was very smooth. Daniel was a great salesman, showed us the different window options and was very responsive via text and call.
Alex and Alex came by about 3 weeks later and did the entire house in 1 day, replacing all our windows. Very professional, very affordable, and the windows look great both inside and out.

Daniel gave us a quote for our 9 windows and 1 patio glass door. The price he gave us is quite reasonable comparing to other quotes we received from other companies. Alex and his team came to our home to measure window size and completed the project several weeks after that. They did great job on installing windows and polish the window frame. No problem found two month after their installation. My wife and I are quite happy with our new windows. Daniel, Alex and their team are professional and very comfortable to deal with. Thank you to our neighbors who recommend best exteriors. Daniel came out and wrote us a quote and was amazing with all of the questions and changes we had and said a weekend installation wouldn't be a problem. We signed the contract and we're contacted by "Alex" to schedule a final measurement, and was quoted 2 weeks until our windows would be ready. 3 weeks later I made a call to "Alex" to schedule our installation only to find out it would be another week, "Alex" refused to schedule a weekend. I had to close my in home business for a day to get my windows

If I could give two separate reviews. I would give Daniel one star for being the stereotypical salesman. Alex & Alex were spectacular. Daniel is WAY too nice until you sign, after that he's less than interested. We signed the contract bc the price was right and our neighbor endorsed Alex. After we signed, we didn't hear from Daniel until I called him. When I asked who was in charge, he incorrectly claimed that he was in charge. Daniel actually yelled at me when I complained that he didn't call to tell us that our windows weren't going to be installed on the promised date

Where shall I start? Loved the people energy in the beginning, but not too happy with the people energy/customer service at the end. It also took over a month after the measurements were taken for me to ask if my windows were ready. Not sure when they would've called me. Anyway, have an elevated rancher and had 5 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced. The windows are such an upgrade from our old 30+ years old windows but I can say that I'm not 100% satisfied. I know I have to get my house painted, but the sealant or paint around my existing sliding door frame is sloppy. I did

We had Best Exteriors Construction, Inc. install Anlin dual-pane windows and sliding doors throughout our Eichler home, and we are so happy. The windows and sliders are top quality and made in CA. The price was excellent, and it made us wonder why we waited so many years to do this project. The warranty cannot be beat. Alex and his team were great. The crew cleaned up each evening and left the interior and exterior nice and neat. The project was completed in two days. Highly recommend.

Loved the new windows! Alex and the team are very professional and actually finished the job one day early than they had originally told us. Due to Covid-19, we had to make some changes to our schedule and ask them to stay quiet during the construction (because we work and go to school from home), they are very accommodating to our requests. Bravo Best Exteriors....our windows and salesman, Alex, were amazing! He explained everything about the windows and how they would keep out the heat from the sun. He was very professional and made sure we understood all aspects of the windows. While they were being installed he dropped by to check out the work of the installers. We LOVE our new windows. We have even had neighbors drop by to find out what company we used so they could get new ones. We have recommended this company to our friends and now they are getting theirs installed soon. I tried to get an estimate from this company because I wanted to support a smaller local business. Submitted a request for quote online. Initial phone call came quickly soon after. Scheduled an appointment. Rep texts me to confirm for a time that wasn't what we had discussed. Clarified actual meeting time with him. Waited for him to arrive. Never did. He never called. He never showed. Then when I reached out to confirm that he wasn't showing, his excuse was that he never received my address. Daniel, the man who came and gave us an estimate made my husband feel very uncomfortable and he felt that the sales man was flirting with me. He called me to check up on the estimate and when I told him I had gone with someone else, he did not the decency to respond but rather hang up on me. Very unprofessional.

Best Exteriors Construction installed 7 sliders, 3 transom windows and a closet window. Alex is an excellent salesman, the price is right, and I hope Anlin windows are as good as they sound. The windows seem great.
Installation went smoothly, Alex's crew are courteous and very neat. I didn't have to do any touch-up inside or out. Wonderful! Before they leave, do a quick walk through and make sure all is at it should be (one shade wasn't re-installed, after a very long day, a very small issue). Just a good practise.

This is the best service in my life! When I was reading the information on the site, I did not think that Best Exteriors really work so fast. But as soon as I applied, they immediately contacted me and we agreed to meet. Their specialist came the next day and advised how best to repair my windows. Window frames were even more damaged than I thought, but Best Exteriors cope with this problem by 100%.
