Have attempted to contact this company for screen repair projects. A member of this company visited my home and noted my needs and said they would get back to me with a quote and what was available in materials to replace my screen door.....after several emails and phone calls not answered by company...I GIVE up and will not work with such a company who treats its potential customers with such disrespect...in not responding to them for installation. If they can't do the job, just say so.

Awesome experience with Craig at Screenman. He provided some estimates based on pictures over text, and the prices were spot on in the end.
He was able to fabricate some screens with matching hardware for our original 1960s windows, and also helped me re-install some screens I had put in backwards! Very friendly and a great job done.

I have called at least 10 times over the span of a month. All during business hours. Not a single time was the phone answered. And I am unable to leave a message because the "mailbox is full". I am sure he is busy, but this doesn't seem like the best way to get work. I have found a solution elsewhere.

We corresponded a few times and then he just dropped off and stopped responding. In one email, it sounded like he was actually trying to get out of doing the job? Perhaps he's busy, but either way I'm not sure it was great business not to respond. If you're in a hurry for a screen perhaps look elsewhere.

I just needed a screen on 2 windows, so I was having trouble getting anyone to call me back. I think this was the third or fourth screen company I called. Craig returned my call promptly and gamely played phone tag for a few days until we were able to connect. We scheduled an appointment for a couple of weeks out. He makes the screens on site, so just one visit is necessary. Within an hour, I had my screens! Easy peasy. Craig is personable, prompt and professional. I highly recommend him. Since no one else would call me back, I wasn't able to compare prices, but his rate seemed fair to me

Craig came out to quote for replacing 2 screen doors. They needed to be custom made, so I asked him to go ahead and measure up the doorways and order the doors. Initially, my calls weren't returned so it took a while for him to come out and get the measurements, but he did come and measure up at the beginning of July (or, apparently so - we were away at the time). A week or so later I ok'd the ordering of the new doors and he told me it would take a couple of weeks. Well over a month has passed and I haven't heard a thing from him since, so I'll be finding another company to

Found Craig on yelp and had my tenant call to set up an appointment. Craig arrived on time and completed all the window screens the same day. My tenant called me after the work was completed and raved about how great everything went. We are extremely happy with the service we received. Looking forward to working with Craig on future projects. I'll be very happy to refer him to friends and relatives should they need screen work done.

Craig came by and measured our door opening then scheduled to come back to install it because he said he needed to order some parts for our door. 3 weeks later he came back at the wrong time and seemed confused. He gave my wife the impression that he thought this was the first time he came over our place. He measured the opening again and said he would be back in another three weeks. He said he would show up between 8 and 8:30 today and he was 20 minutes late. He takes another measurement and says the parts still aren't here yet. He finally showed up to install the door in the afternoon

Craig came over and assessed my screens, which were in deplorable condition and came off the tracks more than they stayed on, for my six sliding doors. He actually really tried to talk me out of getting new screens as he deems them expensive. He was going to try and fix them for me, to which I responded that I was D.O.N.E with the cheap, bulk manufactured screens.
Two weeks later, Craig came over in the afternoon, on a very hot day, and built all six of my custom screens. He completed them on time and at a price I felt VERY much matched what I received in quality. In fact, I even threw in a tip

I rarely Yelp, but I want to give a hearty endorsement to Screenman. The birds had really done a number on my screens so after I was confident the wind and rain of El Niño had passed, I rang up the Screenman. Craig called me right back, we scheduled a time and he arrived EARLY! Getting points already.
We walked my house and he inspected all the screens and told me which ones were fine and which ones were on the verge and he let me decide which ones we were switching out.
Craig posted up at his awesome mobile screen building setup and rebuilt all my screens right outside my house.

Doug returned my message promptly, listened to what I needed, and explained his sevice. He arrived right on time, repaired 12 window screens and one screen door ( dog proof screen) in a short period of time. I had a few bent frames which he managed to pound out. I appreciate Doug saving me some money.
Doug was friendly, fast, and the price was VERY reasonable. My neighbor even ran over with a screen to repair and he was thrilled!
