You can't imagine how delighted I was when I came home from work to find the two trees were down. Knowing that I only wanted the trees downed I wasn't looking forward to cutting up all of the limbs for disposal. I was very surprised to find neat stacks of branches and the main body of the tree partially pre-cut ready for us to split.
Mike and I have been away for a few days and came back to a pleasant surprise. Thank you for being a man of your word and running a company with integrity. I had a giant dying oak tree in the Critical Buffer Management Zone (which requires county permitting) wedged between 2 outbuildings. A-AAA handled it perfectly. They spoke with the county, brought in a crane, and it was done and dusted in a few days. Professional, friendly, fair pricing. Highly recommend.

This company came highly recommended so I had high hopes, but because I didn’t have a big job they kind of just made me feel like I wasn’t worth their time. I get they don’t want to give a free estimate when they have paying customers for big jobs, but the emails themselves (attached) just weren’t very professional. Unfortunately I don’t see myself recommending them to anyone and we won’t use them again for big jobs based off this unfortunate first impression.

FANTASTIC service. The team they sent to take care of a large downed tree arrived 20 minutes early, took care of the yard cleanup, removed all three large trunks to the tree, trimmed the neighbor's limb that was hanging over our yard, and removed dead branches from our remaining tree. Their cleanup was thorough and the stump grind gave a seamless result. They were at my house at 8:10 and gone by 1pm. THANK YOU!

A-AAA did a fabulous job. The estimate was reasonable and the crew worked diligently AND carefully to remove a 50' pine without destroying the shrubs and trees nearby. They cleaned up nicely and we were very pleased with the service. We have had them back several times for other trimming and removal.
