We had all our trees trimmed (sixteen trees) and one large Mulberry tree removed by Keil. Steve came for the estimate and discussed what we wanted done for every tree. The crews who did the work were fantastic. They also asked about every tree and made sure the work was meeting our expectations. When they finished cleaning up, our yard was cleaner than when they started. The biggest surprise was when we received the invoice for the work. They were able to finish the job faster then expected and the final bill was 30% below the estimate. We could not be happier and highly recommend Keil.

Had them cut down a dead 45' maple from my back yard this past spring. They used climbers with chainsaws and hand-carried the logs up to the street so they wouldn't have to drive equipment into my yard. Then they fed the whole thing into a Bandit chipper and it was hilariously loud.

Steve from Keil Tree did an excellent job grinding multiple stumps in our yard. He worked quickly, and was very professional and nice. He took a lot of time to make sure he cleaned up and raked the mulch carefully. He was very respectful of our yard and we had a wonderful experience. Would gladly recommend to anyone who needs tree service at a fair price! Their office is also pleasant and professional to work with, and quick to respond to requests for quotes. Keil is the best!

For whatever reason, when trying to get people to come to my house and fix problems that arise, I always seem to have a very difficult time getting workers to actually show up do the work and take my money. Terrible experience with Keil Tree Experts. I contracted Keil to have a large Ash tree removed. The removal went smoothly; but they left four very large tree trunks in the street and left them there for three days. Worse, they did not leave a note, no call, no cones. Nothing!! I called and left messages and no return calls. When I finally talked to someone at Keil, I got an apology. I have used Keil previously; but never more. I still can not believe that Keil would leave tree trunks in the street and leave.

We have had several opportunities to use Keil tree service. Steve came out to give me an opinion about a large pine tree that had been damaged by woodpeckers. Two other companies advised removing the tree. Steve said the damage is common and the defect would heal well, not to worry. I was impressed. Months later Keil trimmed the lower branches of large tulip poplars. Last fall they pruned two Birch trees. This month they cut down three pines over 100 feet tall that were a threat to our home - major operation. They are a family owned business and we have always found them very skilled

This company was great to work with! I found them on google and scheduled for them to come out and provide an estimate. They showed up on time, and followed the instructions to call when on the way so I could meet them outside- I have two very large dogs that go crazy if someone knocks on the door so this detail is very important to me. I had two large trees taken down on 1/15. Three men came and they worked hard all day. They cleaned up the mess at the end of the day and left the place in great shape. I shopped a lot of tree services before selecting Keil Tree Experts to do the job. They seem to be the most knowledgeable and the most accommodating to my schedule. I can't say enough about these guys. I really liked Stephen, the gentleman who came out to check the trees and give me an estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, and I felt confident he knew what he was doing, so I called to set an appointment for service. The receptionist set the appointment for 830am on a date not far off. That day came and no one showed up. After a while, I called in and they said they were coming at 11:30am.
