Purchased MSH3012M Hybrid. Installed in fifth wheel with solar panels. Hooked up to 20 amp shore power and some devices require more amps, this inverter fills the void of missing power and never kicks the shore power circuit. WORKS AS DISCRIBED!
UPDATE: I forget about the inverter, no more power issues. I had an AIMS of the same size for six years before it stopped working properly. ( just summer camping). The Hybrid seams to be worth the money. Buy one now or buy one later. Wish I would have bought this the first time. ( now we are full time RVrs). Hope you get one too.

Generally a good experience. My only issue was that it seemed to take a little longer to receive delivery of my batteries than they originally said. That may have had more to do with their supplier though.

I spent a considerable amount of time looking for a vendor for my 4-L16 boat batteries. I kept coming across Webo Solar and their price was extremely competitive. I used their website to evaluate my needs and found it very easy to compare products.
When I placed my order, I checked on delivery time and they were very honest about the backorder and that my order would be following the current batch of orders. I was given an approximate delivery time and the batteries arrived prior to my expectation.

Meredith Robert did an excellent job on my warranty issue with Magnum. I have a MSH4024 inverter that failed when I started it up. She worked with Magnum and was able to get a replacement shipped to me versus taking it to a service center. Thanks so much and I recommend using WEBO solar for components you may need.

I've been a Northern Arizona Wind & Sun customer for years and attempted to do business with Webo for the first time. It ended quickly as they do not openly offer alternative payment options via their website (paypal or instant xfer). Furthermore it became very obvious that they are not a "stocking distributor" as they require minimum purchase qty. on multiple solar products. After their customer service rep replied to me and said I couldn't buy just 6 solar panels, I went back to NAWS and got the same materials, ready for delivery next week, for only $36 more. It took us multiple days to get the product ordered. They couldn't take the order over the phone and when we tried to pay with Paypal. It required a verification, which took 1-2 days for Webo Solar to get thru their process. We ordered on Monday and wasn't shipped until Thursday. However they did ship it Fedex and we received it on Saturday

Whenever we called it always went to voicemail and the return calls were not prompt.

It was a very frustrating experience as we were on a time crunch. However, the product made it just in time.

I am now in the process of purchasing and installing my very own solar system! So exciting and so much work. But the guys from Webo Solar have been so helpful and knowledgeable. I have called them for little detail questions to purchasing the panels and system and have had my questions answered every time (They answer the phone!) Great customer service, which is hard to find. And, somehow cheaper prices than the rest. I am very pleased.
