My tile floors always looked dirty. They were dull and seemed to absorb anything that come in contact with them. The grout looked terrible no matter what I used to clean it. I even hired someone to clean but it… still looked dirty. The kitchen tile has shades of browns, grays and blues and no shine. You couldn't tell if it was dirty or just the color of the tile. Billy came and sealed my floors and they don't even look the same! Now I can actually clean them without the tile soaking up the dirt and water! I am so happy with the results. I feel like I have new tile floors!!

People don't believe me when I tell them how extraordinary this company is...and I have told everyone I know. A hidden leak under our kitchen sink resulted in water damage to floors, walls, cabinets etc. But every step of the way, from tear down to rebuild, Dywayne, Rick or Jennifer was with us, reassuring us and handling every detail with… professionalism and compassion. The subcontractors were expert in their trades and arrived when expected. They are an incredible company. So caring about what has happened to you. Daily communication, they stay on top of the subcontractors, making sure everything is done in a timely manner. Rick was awesome with our insurance company. I don't know if they would have paid if he hadn't fought for us. Seeing Jennifer every day and knowing she was handling the daily schedule and physically at our home when we weren't was so comforting. I cannot say enough about this company.

I experienced a major water leak from a water filtering system that flooded my dinning room rug, hallway tile floor and my baseboards in the effected areas, Well it didn't take long for Rick and his company to jump into action to ease our problem and guide us through all the steps we need to take with our… insurance company. We were just moving into our new home. The movers had piled everything in our basement, when the basement flooded. We called Appalachian and they came almost immediately. Rick and his team knew exactly what to do! They were efficient while being kind and understanding of our loss. They took care of everything for us, bringing in fans and… dehumidifiers and calling in a plumber, electrician and HVC. They arranged for Carolina Conservation take our paintings and pictures that were damaged to be restored. They replaced the flooring and restored the basement to the new condition it was before

We had a water leak from the washing machine that soaked several rooms of our house. We called Rick and his team responded immediately to begin dealing with the mess.
