Robert came out today to check out a leak that we had in our master bathroom coming from the roof. We had recently purchased our home. and this was the second leak after a rain. He was extremely professional, friendly , and a pleasure to work with. He quickly located the problem and sealed where he thought the leak was coming from. He made us feel confident that we had found our new roofer for our new home. We look forward to working with Robert for all our roofing needs.

After a severe storm in August my roof started to leak. I called MSW Contracting and received a swift call back. Robert arrived the next day and fixed the leaks. He was very professional and explained everything to me. It was a fair price and a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Robert at MSW to anyone.

A great overall experience from start to finish. Robert's inspection was thorough and his estimate was fair / competitive. The roofers were hard working, courteous, and they did a fantastic job. We highly recommend. Hopefully we never have to call them again but we won't hesitate if we need to :)

They did a great job of repairing and recoating my neglected foam roof. They not only found the source of a leak and fixed it, but built up large portions of the roof to improve drainage and get rid of water ponding issues. A great crew - on time and professional, no nonsense contractor. It was a pleasure to have them on the job and I would hire them again for roofing or any other services they offer.

I have now worked with MSW on 2 jobs. One was a roof installation/ replacement and another was a repair on a different roof. I am so glad i found this company. Right now it is hard finding good companies that do good work. Heck, it is hard to get anyone to pick up a phone and spend a little time with you explaining things. I have not had any issue with our roof or the repair roof. Communication is great! They are fair priced. Show up when they say they are going to and so easy to work with. I did my due diligence and talked to many roofing companies but stopped looking after talking to both Robert and Charlie, the owners of MSW Contracting. After checking with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for licensing, and reading the incredible reviews that were posted, there was no doubt I had found the perfect company. No surprises either! Robert was the best, working with me and my time frame, as I had them convert my flat ten-year-old rolled roofing into a new foam system on the flat portions of my home. I had MSW repair the foam portion of my roof a few years back and was so pleased with that job, I called when I needed the shingle part of my roof replaced. Robert stated a 7am start time and at the stroke of 7am they were there on the job. It was completed on time. Rather than talk about how good it looks I'll just share the pic and a video. You can see how well the front foam portion is holding up. Yes I would recommend this company.

I hired MSW to replace a flat foam roof. Robert and his crew were all very professional, timely, and did a fantastic job cleaning up. All of this at a very fair price. I will defiantly refer them to friends and family.

Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through. His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup. MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job. For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition. They guarantee their work for five years. I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work. Pricing was reasonable as well.

MSW Contracting is awesome! When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid. From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company. He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined. While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW. Additionally, his staff was amazing - courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

James called within an hour of finding MSW on HomeAdvisor. He came out the next morning and did an estimate, the pricing was much better than I expected. I needed my home's foam roof patched and resprayed with protective coating, they also did my shed. Everything was completed within four days of first contacting them. Very professional and great work. I had a leak repaired and foam roof re-coated Jan 2017. Charles was on time, personally sprayed the foam to ensure a quality job and he showed me detailed photos afterwards. The price was reasonable. I will recommend them to friends and family.
