I would definitely recommend Supply Solutions Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof. Shawn the owner is hands on and will spend time with you and answer your questions. I never heard of this company before but the first time Shawn stopped by to quote the project I could tell this was the company I was going with. He kept his promises and finished our roof on time. The roof looked amazing and we are very happy with the quality of the products SSR used.

Summary: They replaced our tar and chip roof, which turned out to be 2 layers deep. They handled a prolonged negotiation with our insurance. Highly recommend.

Let me start off this review by saying that before hiring Supply Solutions Roofing, I had no connection to them personally or professionally. I simply saw them working on my neighbor's house and called their number because it was time to get my roof fixed. The owner Shawn picked up the phone right away and was at my house within hours to discuss what I needed. He was very thorough and you can tell he has been doing this for a long time. The bid price was fair and straightforward. No hidden fees, no unanticipated change orders, and no salesmanship. Shawn was very responsive to all of my emails.

From the beginning to end this was a great experience. We were apprehensive about replacing the roof, but on the glowing recommendation of four of our neighbors, we contacted SSR. Shawn did an excellent job of explaining what he offered and the value he created. The employees were professional and the job was done quickly. We highly recommend SSR!
