We had Carpet Chemist in to clean high traffic areas in our offices. We got estimates from (3) different vendors and had all inspect the areas prior to bidding. While Carpet Chemists ended up being our selection, in hindsight we should have gone with a different provider. The areas in question were not cleaned to our satisfaction and they refused to come back to correct without charging more money.
Being in the service industry, we cannot recommend this company as they do not stand behind their work.

First of all , I didn't even remember my carpets being so nice ,My carpet was black gray with shades of dark dark brown when they got here, I had more stains , Than president Carter had liver pills, yes from Kool-Aid juice and every food you can imagine, to Big Red, to formula, and everything else you can name, that you could possibly think two set of toddler boys could do to a carpet.

Brandon and Stephen went above and beyond in every aspect: customer service, communication, quality work, efficiency, timeliness, and entertainment. I emailed the company late at night about my 20 year old carpets. The next morning, I received a text message that they were completing another job within 15 minutes from my house and would stop by to take a look at what I needed done. They arrived on time and after discussing details, determined a fair price, and got to work. Besides being great employees, these two were also great conversationalists and very friendly during their visit. I trust them

OMG! I cannot believe how good this company is! They restored my carpet. It was absolutely filthy because of pet accidents and on top of that, remodelers tracking dirt and mud from the outside in for weeks! I just hoped to get the carpet passable enough to use over the holidays and get us through until stage 2 remodeling. It looks like new carpet and it is 10 years old! I couldn't recommend this company and Brandon any higher than 5 stars or I would. I also have to add that while the service was extraordinary so was the level of friendliness and professionalism.
