Vito at Omega Mantles was fantastic to deal with. He was clear, concise, and helped us figure out what would work for our space. After we picked a style, Vito was very clear in how we needed to prep our space. I had a challenge in not knowing how to fit the mantle in to our newly renovated space. Vito took the time to design a great solution, and even review pictures of our space so that he could get it right. He was a pleasure to work with, and highly recommend Omega. Got quotes from 6 different companies, then we selected Omega Mantles and Omega flames.
Vito and Ian were very professional from the beginning. In-home measurements were taken and the installation dates were planned and executed perfectly. The result was both the fireplace and mantle fit in perfectly like hand and glove.
The quality of the mantle was unbelievable and the installation crew did a great job and the finishing was extraordinary. Vito followed up with me at every stage and made sure the installation went on smoothly

Excellent experience from beginning to the end. Vito was very thorough at explaining the options for our fireplace. We visited the showroom to see the choices in person and also Vito came over to measure the fireplace. The fireplace was ready to install as per promised ETA. Having recently built a new custom home, we went with Omega Mantels to build a cast stone fireplace for us, and we could not be happier. From start to finish with Vito and Frank the installer and Jerry, the customer service we received was outstanding . We have had cast stone fireplaces in the past, but none of this quality.
