Our controller needed replacement. The very honest and friendly AC guy exhausted every possibility before going overboard. Ultimately we needed a new Trane kit. The charge was very moderate. Our heater is working like a charm.

We’ve been extremely impressed and thankful for the good folks at Northwood Cooling & Heating. Shortly after moving into our home we had an issue and called Northwood, their sticker was on the air handler from the installation. To my astonishment, not only did they show up quickly, but they didn’t charge us for the repair! The AC was still under warranty... mind you, we just purchased the house and had no expectation that the AC would be under warranty. They could have easily charged us for the parts and repair, but they stuck by their warranty and our bill was $0. I will be trusting Northwood

Ok so glad these guys came out and told us what was wrong with the system. They did a great job however we are wanting to use them again and weve called 3 times to the call center who answers their phones im 2 weeks and to our disappointment no return call! Common folks dont you want our business?

I had one of the employees come out for a problem I had been having with my thermostat/AC unit and he ultimately recommended that I have a part replaced at a cost of $200+. The work was done and I paid for the part and his labor. Within hours, the problem was exactly as it was prior to the company coming out to "fix" it. I complained and the owner was gracious enough to come out himself and actually fix the problem. However, I had to take a day off of work so that I could be at home and get the work done as soon as possible. At the end, the problem was fixed, but I am still stuck with a part I
