The tech came out on time and was professional was told we would have an estimate the next day. Well we did not get an estimate the next day my husband called was told they were in meeting all day and would have the estimate Thursday 7\9/20 well they did not call husband called again another story on getting parts from manufacturer difficult. We only want an estimate right now so we can make an educated dission on repair or purchase new. I will not recommend this company ever

Horrific experience..... In my opinion don’t just walk away run screaming in the other direction.
This place is run like a government operation that apparently doesn’t need to make any money or keep customers happy.
This is my second experience with them and they always act like they are doing you a favor.

I've had this company repair a number of appliances. They are the best in the area.
They work with you to get there to help get you going asap. You have to be kind and have patience too with service people. They run in to unexpected things. I highly recommend them. Even the young ladies on the phone have been so kind to me.

They came to my house as my warranty company uses them. They said it just needed parts, never really even told me what the issue was. I haven't heard from them for a week so I called to find out the status to be told my parts were discontinued and sorry nobody called to tell me that. I got a second opinion to find out that the original parts they said were no longer available is NOT what was wrong with it, the circuit board that IS available was the problem! I would NEVER recommend this company. If you want REAL assistance service, call ALWAYZ APPLIANCE. At least they take the time to do a correct

MD Appliance did an excellent job of repairing my refrigerator in a timely manner. The tech was polite and knowledgeable and arrived on time. The problem was the defrost not working allowing the freezer to warm up. He looked at the refrigerator from the front and the back and did some testing with his diagnostic equipment. He determined the heater was bad. He had one on his truck and replaced it and defrosted the freezer and it has been working fine ever since. MD had been recommended by a friend who also had a good experience.
