I am very happy with the service I received from Dazzle. They did an initial deep clean and did a wonderful job! I now have them scheduled for a monthly maintenance service. Asking for help in cleaning your home and allowing someone in it is a big deal. I'm disappointed in our "deep clean," but far more upset with the owner's response to my concerns. We booked a deep clean for our mostly clean and well-organized house, just to get some additional help with the spots that don't get as much attention (grout, corners, etc).
I came home to a floor that didn't look to be mopped, with corners of dirt in several rooms and massive dust bunnies behind furniture. Furniture was not vacuumed, and overall, no real sense of "deep" clean

Had such HIGH HOPES that Dazzle Cleaning would leave my home sparkling and spotless. Unfortunately, although I clearly communicated in my reservation areas to focus on, my Cleaning Gal who arrived was a Spray & Wipe type rather than a nitty gritty getter done. Although She was very sweet, She was not thorough and Her lack of attention to detail left me less than dazzled. NEXT....

We ended up having to move very last minute and Dazzle was life saving. They were quick and easy to schedule with and were able to give us a very customized quote to account for us not needing certain services done because of some remodeling that the landlord had planned. They were perfectly on time, did an amazing job (we had lived there for 7 years!), and were reasonably priced, in addition to being a company that our values align with and that appears to care for their people.

They only have to clean a couple times per year for me, but I appreciate the bundled seasonal routines (including baseboards) that cover everything I need. They are noticeably different, attentive to details, and when arranged, even do special services such as cleaning the fridge. I have dogs and also appreciate their use of natural products.

We hired Dazzle to do a deep clean after a construction project was completed. Tekoa was friendly and on-time and did a great job! There was a lot of attention to detail and the deep clean was really thorough, including baseboards, the window tracks, and doors, plus everything else that comes with a "standard" clean. The products they used smell lovely!

I have been using Dazzle for a few months now and absolutely love them. Initially, I had a few different cleaners before I got into a regular rotation. They were all super sweet and professional. My regular cleaner (at my request) is amazing- she does an excellent job, is quick, always on time, and very personable and professional. Plus, all of Dazzle's cleaning products are homemade and safe. Their floor cleaner is a heavenly lemon concoction that leaves my home smelling and looking fresh and clean! Client for life!

We switched to Dazzle this summer after having worked with another local company, who we were super happy with but having scheduling difficulties with. We have been so, so happy we switched. Communication is a breeze--the one time something was missed, they sent someone out to address it the next day. I thought our house was clean with our previous cleaners, but it's clear to me how much cleaner it is with Dazzle. Kai has been our cleaner for most of our sessions, and has done a FANTASTIC job--it feels amazing to come home after they clean. Everything is pristine.

This is our first time trying a cleaning service. Man I should say the service is impeccable, both figuratively and imperatively. Catherine really helps us clean our filthy home. You know, we are an lgbt couple who work at home. We have two cats and tons of snacks, so you know how messy we are.
Catherine came on time and greeted us with warm welcome. They cleaned our floor professionally four times, so the grease are all gone. They helped us clean the dirty kitchen with plates. We just had our first cleaning visit by these folks and they did a fantastic job. We scheduled a deep-cleaning service because, let's face it, after a year and a half of rarely leaving the house (and not being terribly diligent about housework), it needed it. The work lived up to its name, because they did it all: scrubbed the baseboards, washed the interior windows, got the cobwebs from all the corners, scrubbed the wooden steps to the second floor, etc. They also took the time to artfully arrange throw pillows and tabletop objects. The house did smell faintly of vinegar for a day or so,

After the past year of working and living at home 24/7, my space was in serious need of a spring cleaning. Choosing Dazzle was a no brainer! Customer service is impeccable and I know their simple homemade cleaning solutions are safe for my family (plus they smell divine!).

We'd scheduled a deep clean and window washing for 2 weeks before our baby's due date. Turns out, the baby came the day of our cleaning so our family coordinated the arrival if the Dazzle teams. What a bad experience. First person showed up late, left early and did such a bad job, it was laughable.
Second person, no-show.
Try to cancel and they charge you $250.
They basically tidy up, not really clean. They have a long list of what they won't do-like dust blinds, mop (they use a swifer on the floor). They do not tell you their "we won't" list until AFTER they lock you into a contract.

My husband and I are expecting our first baby in a month. We're in our mid-30s and had never had our house professionally cleaned before. Thought it might be supportive through the postpartum period. Jay and Carrera did SUCH an incredible job. Our place is sparkling. They were super kind, efficient, thorough and professional. It was a new experience for us and they made us feel really comfortable, heard, and cared for. It felt like such a luxury and made a really big difference in our mental health!

Showed up a few minutes early. I wasn't there but left entry instructions which they followed to a tee. Abner and Kira were already diligently at work by the time I arrived. They were able to manage balancing be nice in greeting me and diligently staying on task. I don't how long it took them but they did a wonderful job. I had not deep cleaned the place in seven years, so this move-out clean was going to be a MESS. But given the job they did, I expect to get my deposit back from my landlord. Thanks, Abner and Kira!

Today I had my first clean from Dazzle cleaning. I cannot, with words, state how tremendously happy with the work that was done. My cleaner was Kimmie and she spent almost 7 hours doing her deep clean of my department.
I am so impressed that I have scheduled cleaning every 2 weeks. It was a wonderful feeling, after a hard day's work, coming into a sparkling clean apartment.

OCTOBER 2020 UPDATE:
We are still using Dazzle TWO years later. We are loyal clients. We have even hit VIP status. Ashley cleans our home for the most part. We do have other cleaners from time to time. Overall, they do a great job. Logan (the owner) and myself have had our moments, but overall, we come to a resolution and the company is great. We like having them clean our place. I still highly recommend them! I have had minimal issues.
