We use the HOST(R) system to clean wall to wall carpet and stair carpeting. It works like a sponge as it traps and holds the dirt, odors and allergens found deep in your carpet. What makes the HOST(R) system truly exceptional is that it is a dry extraction process, there is no sticky detergent residue or dirty wastewater to attract new soil or enable mold and mildew growth.
We use Biokleen products to clean upholstery. The Biokleen BAC-OUT Stain and Odor Eliminator contains live enzyme cultures that attack organic waste and odors until they are gone. Although my carpets are cleaner than before the cleaning and the man who cleaned them was very nice, I can't recommend this place. They use environmentally-friendly products which is the reason I picked them. After the man left, I ended up vacuuming the whole house because he'd left behind much of the "sawdust" he'd used as part of the cleaning process. He first hand sprayed portions of the carpet and then threw out handfuls of what looked like sawdust all over. I've been finding bits of this granular dust all over the house for a week. Enviro-Care did a perfect job and provided really excellent and friendly service. The cleaning process worked really well for our two large (9x11) wool rugs that hadn't been properly cleaned since they were purchased 10 years ago. They look almost new again and are odor-free. And Paul is very easy to work with, helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend him highly enough!

We've been satisfied customers of Enviro-Care for years. We basically hire them at least once a year to clean the carpets and sometimes again when we're hosting the family for the holidays or something. Paul and his team are super responsive when it comes to responding and scheduling and they have a positive & professional communications style. We love that they use environmentally-friendly products. There's never any carpet shampoo smell left over and the carpets feel great. Prices are super reasonable too!

Paul did a great job cleaning our carpets. It was easy to get on his schedule, he showed up on time, and his communication was great throughout. He uses environmentally-friendly products with no odor, but he still left our carpets feeling really clean. His price was reasonable and there were no surprises. We'll definitely be using Paul again for future carpet cleanings.

Paul was fantastic. He was able to accommodate my tricky schedule and cleaned my sofa and chair within an hour. The results are amazing, I can't believe how much dirt and grime he was able to pull out of them. My furniture looks new again and smells wonderful. I will definitely be calling him to do our big wool area rug and another chair later on.

I hate to ruin the perfect 5-star review streak of this business, and I rarely give negative reviews, but I have a few issues that I think that potential clients of Paul's need to know about.
Perhaps Paul is becoming complacent with so many happy customers and is letting his standard of customer care slip, or perhaps he was having a certain kind of day. Either way, I intend my post as a learning experience for him so that no other customers have to deal with what I had to deal with the other day, and that all of his other customers in the future can hopefully continue to give him well-deserved

After a summer long house full of visiting children, grandchildren, & dogs, our carpet was a mess with coffee stains, spilled something-or-other, and doggie spots. We've used steam cleaning carpet services in the past but that keeps the house virtually unusable for at least 24 hours.

Called to discuss pricing and his schedule and ended up talking taking directly with Paul (owner/operator), and had a convenient appointment scheduled all in a couple of minutes.
Paul was on time, went the extra mile to get some stains out, and the carpets and upholstery came out looking fantastic, smelling great and dried quickly.

Used enviro care for the first time today for furniture upholstery cleaning i am very pleased. Firstly Paul came in on short notice on a Saturday morning and was extremely prompt in his service and estimates.
