My daughter lost her car key & couldn't find spare. Kwik key answered at almost 7pm, had me send her VIN #, & within 30 min, Brandon's dad was at her car. Unfortunately, 4 keys in, & they still wouldn't work in the ignition (worked for all other locks... just not ignition). Brandon came out at 8:30pm to see if he could figure it out. And he did! My daughter said "he's magical"! Lol. Awesome company & saved the night for my daughter who had been stuck at work hrs after getting off with no key. Highly recommend. Went above & beyond.

The representative went out of his way to drive an hour+ to get to my location after hours and even when it seemed there was nothing he could do to help because of internal programming issues, he stayed an additional hour to troubleshoot the problem. Stated he would get me in touch with a different representative if he was unable to figure it out. However, after working the problem he was able to get it working and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! Very professional and an expert in his field.

Well-earned in my case; I lost my keys in downtown Madison, a difficult key that local locksmiths couldn't make for me, and Kwik Key had me back in my car with a new key in 90 minutes. Price was reasonable, especially if you factor in the entertainment value of watching this guy go to work.

I can't say enough wonderful things! I was nearly 2 hours from home with my daughter....we left out coats in the car (about 17 degrees outside) and I locked the keys in the car! Following dinner and walking to the car....I realized it! I called the first company that popped up when I searched. I explained my situation and I I could tell he changed his tone (like he knew it was urgent!) and he said him or someone would be there as quick as they could! I was simply AMAZED! They were there within 20 minutes and I was in my car within 30 minutes! Tom was the nicest person, couldn't have asked for better

I had an amazing experience with Kwik Key! I lost my keys this weekend and our service member, Brandon, drove an hour in snowy weather to make me a key after 8:30pm (2 other companies refused service until the next morning, while Kwik Key provides 24/7 services). He was professional, knowledgeable, and the price was actually cheaper than the competitor quotes I received. As a plus, he was a very nice guy and made my horrible, stressful day a stress free experience.
