Nana locked her only set of car keys in her car when our toddler threw a huge tantrum. I thought for sure Nana would cry when she realized her only set of keys were locked in her car. We called Locks and Unlocks and they were so helpful, calm, and responsive. They were able to get her car open and make an extra key so she has a spare and no Nana tears were shed. It was so convenient that we asked them to make an extra key for our teenager’s car since he lost his second set months ago. Highly recommend Locks and Unlocks!

Saturday 8/28/2021 ~9pm: Car key lost after spending day tubing Sugar River about 30 miles from home. Called AAA for tow & was connected to Locks &Unlocks. Jake gave us an estimate of $500 due to type of vehicle & OT due to Saturday late night service call. A tow to home requiring front lift tow truck & still needing a locksmith, we went with L&U’s.
Jake arrived about 20 min later, worked on getting key to gain entry into car & the to module in car to create “chip” key for ignition. About 45 min later we had a key, a spare key AND a master pattern (?) key all for less than his initial quote

When I called them about my problem they got back to me right away. Prompt and courteous, they arrived at the appointment and went straight to work. These guys are the real deal. Jake and Calvin showed up a few minutes early for a scheduled appointment and were super nice, they talked through everything they were doing and made suggestions for how our locks could work even better, and asked questions if they found something new during the work. I requested an estimate via YELP for the re-keying of several doors in our home. Locks and Unlocks responded almost immediately. I spoke to Lawrence who provided an estimate after asking a few questions. He came later that day and provided the service as requested. The job was completed to my satisfaction. He even assisted us in providing a temporary repair to a cracked door frame. The price was very reasonable.

I can't recommend Locks and Unlocks enough. Hertz and Hyundai said would take weeks and thousands of dollars to get into the trunk of my rental, Locks and Unlocks did it in less than 15 minutes and at a great price. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were fast, knowledgeable, polite, and well-priced. They were suggested by an AAA tech who said they were the best in town, and I believe it.
